It's a bit easier for me cos I am totally not a breakfast person. If I do eat breakfast on the random occasion, I'll feel starving all day. So I only really have to spread my cals over lunch, dinner and snacks. Fingers crossed, should be able to manage, but if not I may move my weight loss goal to 1lb a week to make it a bit more flexible.
Or I may start eating back exercise cals when I get to 1200. See how it works.
