Got through the day in the end. Just a few cals over cos I had a plum so not too fussed about that. Tomorrow evening I am going to the gym for the first time in ages. Going to try Week 1 Day 1 of Couch to 5k! Totally nervous as I don't even know if I remember how to run, forget on a treadmill! Really hope the gym is quiet so it's not extra embarrassing! I WILL start tomorrow though
