Brain ache !- my diary !

i'm sat at work now & my tums a rummblin like a good un.
i know this was a bit optomistic but i did a wee test earlier - not sure even why i did it what with the carb fest i had at the weekend - it wasn't quite sure if it was negative or faintly possitive, so i'm hoping the k fairy is on her way !
3 packs, 4 litres of water, day 2 complete

I did a test this morning and it was inconclusive too! Might have been slight optomistic considering I ate last night, but I'm back on the wagon now!

have just got up, fist thing i did was check out jennie's thread fo news of Zoe, looks like all is ok, thankfully.
as is customary i popped on the ol scales (as you do :rolleyes: ) & pleased to report another 1.6 lbs gone, so thats 2.8 lbs in 2 1/2 days :D & this brings me into being overweight :eek: :D :D :D .won't be changing tickers till monday as that is "official" weigh day.

thanks girls, as allways much apreciated support.
i am so hungry at the moment & the temptation to go & get a sarnie from the fridge is overwhelming, my head is having an argument with itself, slim:devilangel: comfort. On top of that i've a stonking headache & home is driving me mad.
OH i supposed to be on holiday from Good Friday for a week, so i havn't arranged any change of shift at work & Charlee is booked to do a 3 day football course, so tonight he tells me he's not on holiday - too much work to do agaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh. Then i'm cleaning my teeth b4 i come to work & the sink is not draining away, on investigation some little tyke has put rice down the sink double aaaaggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh
oh well on i go.
on a possitive note had a lovely long chat on the phone with a good friend & have arranged to go to hers for a weekend in May :D :D

Crap news about OH not having hols!!! Nightmare! As for the rice - a bit of Mr Muscle sink unblocker will sort that out :D

resist the fridge - it is a container of many evils! Nothing good ever came out of a fridge!!!!!!!! ;)

So glad you are looking forward to getting away in May and sure your friend feels exactly the same way and is looking forward to having your company for a weekend :D :D :D

Just think, a lush holiday in Egypt and then a weekend with a mate. Fantastic!

well i managed to resist the fridge, but only by the skin of my teeth, it was soooooooooooooo hard, still rumblin away now. Why does ketosis not afford me that lovely blanket others talk about ? :sigh:
well the headache appears to have cleared off (hopefully it won't reappear) so at the moment life is ok, but hey got to go & get kids from school in a mo so that could all change then :rolleyes:

Hello, glad you managed to repel the fridge! I'm not actually hungry in ketosis but I do still want to eat ALL the time.

It always amazes me how husbands expect their wives to suddenly be able to juggle everything about, why can't they do it? Our jobs can be just as important as theirs.

Hope you manage to get it all sorted, and keep out that fridge!

well i have managed to "sort" thing re work & kids hols, means i am doing 3 split nights which will play havoc with my diet, but i'll manage some how, in fact i will need to do the calculations, but i'm sure i'm due an AAM some when soon, i might do it that week so i can have 3 packs & a meal.
well day 4 has been ok, still got the rumbles but not as bad as they were.
i hve discovered some lumps in my chest today :eek: , on further investigation i found them to be ................. MY RIBS (havn't felt them in a long time) after more hunting i found my hips too :eek: :eek: :eek:
oh well all good.
even my social life is improving, a weekend with 3 lovely friends & the prospect of Dublin & Brum meets - more socialising than i've done in the last 5 years PMSL

today i'm tired & cross !
i've had only 4 hrs sleep this morning, frequently interupted by the dog barking. the girls finished school at 1.30 pm, which why the lack of sleep.
i'm cross cos hubby is working late AGAIN & it's down to me to do all the running around for the girls & fri night is the worst day for this. I had asked him to only work till 8 so we could chat, just routine stuff but havn't had a chance since the weekend b4 last (me being in Brum last weekend) he's helping at the cricket club tommorrow & says he may have to work Sunday FFS.
so what have i done with these emotions? i've said "sod it " to discussing the Dublin & Brum meets with him & just booked my hotel, if he has a problem TOUGH ! jury's still out on Dublin cos means flying home at 08.50 on Sun am :eek:
diet wise - 100 % ok

:D I had a 'feck it' moment and booked meself into the brum meet t'other night. Sorry to hear you and hubby aren't getting to spend any time together :( that's not good.... keep an eye on that sweetheart... see if there's a way 'round it so you get chance to chat !

As for Dubbers... you could always drive up to Luton and fly out and back with me ;) Just an idea.......

not really much to say today, still SSing well, not too hungry today so thats a bonus !
off to a 50's party 2nite, wearing black 3/4 lehgth trousers, short sleeve red jumper, black dolly shoes & white ankle socks oh & black neck scarf.
