Didnt end up doing the DVD yest, so I am doing double today! 1/2 hour Davina, 1/2 hour Jillian. Doing anything I can to get the cals OFF!
Friday 8th April - Red Day
B - smoke salmon omelette - 3 eggs, smoked salmon, spinach, mushrooms. 3 x EL laughing cow (.5 HEXA)
L - didnt really fancy a 'proper' lunch, so having a banana, 2 alpen light (HEXB), and a muller with a coffee.
D - Home made burgers, topped with cheese (HEXA) and bacon, 227g wedges (HEXB), Salad (as above). squeeze burger sauce - 4. 1 x vodka
Rest of HEXA - milk for drinks
Exercise - 2xDVD (1 hour) - DONE. 2.5 mile walk
Sins - 6.5 so far.
