B - 42g All Bran, banana, Skim Milk
L - cous cous salad, Apple, Mullerlight
D - Prawn linguine, salad, 1 slice garlic bread
Sins - 2, creme fraiche, 2 Garlic bread = 4
Other HEXA - Skim Milk
Exercise - not sure what yet.... Maybe DVD or gym...Will update tomorrow :)

Ooh I just noticed how close we are in weight now, and our target is the same :scale:

But... I have my holiday coming up on Saturday for a week & I know I'm going to gain
:eek: so it'll be interesting to see how we do xx
 
Ooohh..yes we are - but guarantee you will get there before me!! I am useless at the moment, more up and down than a yo yo!!! Holiday will be lovely, where you off to? Enjoy every min hon, and deal with whatever when you get back. I fully enjoyed all of the pasta and wine and bread etc etc in Italy :).

I weighed when I got home Tuesday and had gone up to 12st (from 11.10 before hols) Sneeky peak this morning says 11.11, so hoping that by my 'official' weight in at home Thursday of next week, I will be back to where I was or less? Heres hoping!

Have just completed day 2 of 100% and really focused and feeling good. Didnt get any exercise in today, still a bit tired from hols, so going to crack the whip and get to it on Saturday (promise!!)

Plan for tomorrow:
Friday 24th June - Red Day
B - Scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, 1 toast
L - Tuna & cheese salad, Mullerlight, banana, apple
D - Chicken wrapped in bacon, stuffed with 1 x laughing cow (1s), 227g wedges, Green Beans, Broccoli
Sins - laughing cow triangle - 1, not sure what else yet but will use a few more!

Hey Nattymo, don't you put yourself down!!! You're back on track after a lovely break and you're doing fab!!! You only put 4lbs on...thats really good...I could easily do that in a day :mad: And I probably will as we're off to Cockermouth in the Lake District, and we tend to eat all our meals out. I've just been having a chat with Gail and she advises trying to have one meal a day at the cottage which makes a lot of sense. It just depends on whether I've got the will power...:rolleyes:
 
You enjoy your hol - including the food!! That is what they are all about!!

Had a lovely, not too sin-ful weekend abs loved the sunshine today, if only we had more of them! Bag packed for swimming in the morn, and off to see a financial advisor after work as me and the boy ate hopefully getting our foot on the property ladder-eek!!

B-2 weetabix, skim milk, banana (hex a and b &2 sins as they are choc weetabix!)
l- cous cous salad, apple, melon & pineapple, mullerlight
D-sw carbonara and salad (other hexa & b)
Exercise- swim

well, we have lived together for the last year renting while we save and now the time has come...! I would like diamonds...but that will have to wait sadly!!

Im really struggling to get back on the saddle 100%. Not sure why, as I want to be 100% - and its only me that is self sabotaging. Not gone mad of anything, just cant seem to get 100% Red or EE, I change my way half way thru or forget that I have used a HEX etc! Silly really, must pay attention more :)

Tuesday 28th - Red Day

L - ham & cheese salad, pinapple, blueberries, melon, kiwi.
S - Mullerlight, apple
D - cajun chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions, passata, 227G wedges. Large salad
Sins - 4 - latte & syrup
Ex - Thinking about running or DVD later...will I do it though!??!?!

Not sure whether I'm going to get back into it straight away after our hols or not. I WANT to...just hope I CAN! So many people seem to be struggling after having a break away atm xx

Hello world!

So, I bit the bullet and re-joined a meeting on Tuesday! The C and class seem so lovely, I am GUTTED i didnt find them sooner. So official start weight is 11st 11.5.

I have then come away with work for 2 days 1 night (which was last night). I packed my swim gear and did 30 lengths after the pool yest, and then went to dinner rather than just lounging in the hotel room. I had a yummy steak - and no wine - which, when I stay in a hotel is unheard of!!!

This morning breakfast buffet - I opted for weetabix, fruit and yogurt and so am now feeling very virtuous! Off for a run later too (depending on what time I get home after driving back from Liverpool).

So diary for today: Extra easy
B - 2 weetabix & milk - Hex a&b, yogurt, fruit - melon & pineapple
L - Mugshot, Apple, mullerlight
D- Sw lasagne-3 salad, handful of wedges.
sins- 3 for dinner and might have a butter scotch hifi-3

Its the weeeeeekend! Whoop!

I didnt make it back until late last night, so no running - sob. I did however make a yummy SW lasagne, the leftovers are my lunch today - tasty!

Spinning this morning was good, havent done it for a few weeks, so there will be pain tomorrow! Going to run prob Sunday now (maybe tomorrow - depending on the ole leggies!)

Going to view two more houses tomorrow, so fingers crossed. This will be the 11th & 12th houses we see! As much as its super exciting, I am sooo over viewing houses that are not right!!

Anywho, diary for today:
Friday - Extra Easy
B - 2 choc weetabix, skim milk, banana - Hex a&B +2
S - mullerlight, apple
L - Lasgane - 3, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi
D - Sw chicken Curry, rice, onion bhaji's. Mini Light choices naan - 7.5
