I weighed when I got home Tuesday and had gone up to 12st (from 11.10 before hols) Sneeky peak this morning says 11.11, so hoping that by my 'official' weight in at home Thursday of next week, I will be back to where I was or less? Heres hoping!
Have just completed day 2 of 100% and really focused and feeling good. Didnt get any exercise in today, still a bit tired from hols, so going to crack the whip and get to it on Saturday (promise!!)

Friday 24th June - Red Day
B - Scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, 1 toast
L - Tuna & cheese salad, Mullerlight, banana, apple
D - Chicken wrapped in bacon, stuffed with 1 x laughing cow (1s), 227g wedges, Green Beans, Broccoli
Sins - laughing cow triangle - 1, not sure what else yet but will use a few more!
