Not too bad thanks, lovely sunshine here today, managed to have the window open although it is a bit breezy, plus the whole company is tucking into fish and chips and I am resisting and having my celery soup with chicken in and feeling virtuous lol how are you all doing?

I've just had lunch Bren, I ended up at a West indies Cafe and had jerk beef and "dirty" rice. Lovely, the rice was full of small cut veggies and very chilli and the jerk beef was nice and hot, not legal obviously.

Sounds lovely Jim, watched a cookery programme recently that had dirty rice on it - if I had not seen that I would not have fancied it.

I know strange description. I'd eat there more often but the owner/manager is so laid back you can't be sure it;ll be open. LOL. He's an enormous Rasta, but seems amused I like hot and spicy food.

Enjoy H&B - my fave is the one in the pink packet - with brazils and Q10 - yummy!
