Oh yes, the treadmill, is HUGE - undecided yet whether we could fit it in the loft, plus the weight of it alone is 70 kgs and would need taking into bits to get it up there................
Huge is good and solid though Bren - don't knock it! Mine is so weedy it has had to be mended twice in two years (OK, I was a lot bigger when I bought it ) I deffo wouldn't put it upstairs though, as that's out of sight out of mind - can you move anything else upstairs (dare I mention the vibroplate??!!) to make room instead?
Unfortunately not Clare, the loft is a proper room with a good firm floor - the dining room (which is the only other room with space) has a weedy wobbly floor - when you walk in there the ornaments jingle on the shelves lol. Loft is our playroom really, so it does not get forgotten at all................we have the wii, tv, computer, set of drums, all our book collection plus accumulated junk round the edges....the vibro plate is not suitable for the top room as it vibrates through the whole house if not on a solid floor!
And I am really p'd off that the scales have gone up again (slightly) this morning - have no idea what the problem is
Bren - maybe its cos its the weekend and not in routine? I find i always always gain at weekends even if no alcohol/naughties. I reckon its due to not enough water or eating meals at different times.

I don't know Vicky - I have really put in the effort to keep the water up at normal (for me) levels this weekend and meals have not been too different timings - will see how it goes during this week...........
I don't actually feel too bad - just the voice is a problem, but have a feeling there is more lurking - don't want L to get it and spoil her birthday - that would be such a downer!
