YEAH DD, hoping that it is sciatica.

Thank everyone. Was quite fraustrating and scarey today. Im still both as hoping that it is nothing serious and .... why the bloody He^L cant it go away?!

Off to bed and Ive had a protein bar today but done purely PP otherwise. 30 mins bike, 20 mins weights and 3 ltrs of water or close to :)

Ive also ticked off a few goals and will need to find some new ones in the coming days.

Jaqys I am on a mission. Aim is for 20 in the morning and then 30 in the evening on the bike in front of telly.

Start work next week and going to perhaps do bike every other day and walk the dog some afternoons. Hubby has been taking him for the past 4 days!

Ive just reminded myself that the weight falls off and stays at bay for my when i am exercising. Obviously when loosing I must do 50 mins every day. When Ive lost I will be aiming for 30 mins 4 times a week and 50 mins 3 times a week.

and you've just reminded me of something I used to say to myself on phases 3 and 4... "Walk more to be able to eat more!".

Never a bad thing to incorporate regular physical exercise in Cruise so that it's second nature later on... in real life.

You are amazing though with what you do! Hope you find a way to keep it up when working... if not, I'm sure running around after the kids will keep you fit! (I'm finding I'm running around a lot in the office now that I'm really busy which doesn't do me any harm either - whereas, when quiet, I'm very inactive at work!)
 
Bren, am amazed that you're still exercising as usual. Hope your physio session sorts out the rest!
 
Felt a little lighter in the body after the short session. Physio says my flexibility is great, was shocked at my numbness. My glut was and the other muscle next to it starting with P, was so tight he's astounded?! He worked on that and just above on my side and lower left back. Got another apt on Monday, and I'm thinking it might be the cure.

My doc phoned today. Said right side of brain was fine, but they found a small shadow on my left side. It is not causing my problem and might have been there from birth. He's refering me to a neurologist even though my numbness may be gone by the time I see him.

Food PV day:
Yoghurt and bran
Coffee and custard
Tuna and veg and mayo
Yoghurt and bran
Protein bar and coffee
Omelette, onion, broc, squash and toms served with beetroot
D/coke

2.5ltrs of water, 20 mins this morning and going to do 30 on the bike soon.
 
Ouch, that does sound like sciatica, Bren. Hope all goes well with your next appointment, and with the neurologist. They have to check out shadows, even though it may very well turn out to be something completely innocent. Sounds like they're looking after you.
 
Oh Bren, hope the numbness is sorted before you see the neurologist - at least then the wait will be less stressful.

Glad the physio went well.
 
Feeling some bruising coming on.

30 mins on bike done. Don't think I'm going to meet my 1200 sit ups for the week? Tomorrow is my last day and prob will only get 200done?
 
Well 20mins in the gym and then a 50 min walk at normal walking pace with dog, up and down hills.

2.7 ltrs of water

A PP day, but had tomato with my scrambled eggs as hubby wanted to go out for breakie.
Eggs and Tom
Coffee x 3
Dcoke x 1
Yoghurt and bran
Protein bar
Salmon and white sauce

I think have got feeling in my arm, neck and face now. I had reflexology today :) we also did 30 mins of gardening. A rise on the scales as PV yesterday. Obviously water retention. Planning on PP tomorrow. PV Monday and PP tues a wednesday xx
