Bren's..... Cruise-ade

Hey Bren! Where are you? I need you to give me (another) give up the backside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have had 4 days of complete binge eating................and its weigh in tomorrow! argh!!

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. I've got lots or dr apts ahead. Still no answers on the numbness I had, cannot have my MRI until march 10th! Vein specialist on next Friday and going to ask about my other calf, which has been feeling odd for over a week.

This is the 3rd week back at school and I'm so flat out. Notmuch Dukaning this week but more low carb and high protein, must admit I have eaten some biscuits and fruit. Exercise has been about 1.5 hours this week but will up it next week. Water has been 2 or more ltrs a day though.

Alex I will be kicking your butt! On track for u asap girlie!!!!!
 
Good luck with the specialists. Hope they come up with something and its fixable quickly and not painfully.

Just keep yourself as healthy as you can.
 
Absolutely Bren - with your sort of health issues, far better to eat a balanced diet. Take care and don't be a stranger.

Weird that Alex never speaks to any of us... I can talk about her freely because I don't think she sees us!!
 
Jo, Alex an I use to rant together on another thread. She's not Dukaning but bless her for popping. I'm sure she will rant on here eventually for all.

Just baked a big batch of dukan muffins for breakfasts next week. I've had a little fruit this week, some lollies ( which were crap but I couldn't stop!), muesli and cheese.

Going to aim for 85% or more Dukaning next week. And for two morning workouts using weights.
 
Hi Jaqys, yeah hopefully a blood test, well actually 14 of them!

Then errands, hoping for a pedicure and a dinner out with hubby on Sat night and a friends bday on Sunday at 5pm.

Went for a walk this arvo and so far okay:)

Think we can safely say that I am protein averse, no matter how many times I try to convert I just can't do it!

Feel free to start kicking everyone!
 
Well a big walk with chief and hubby yesterday and ran alot of errands in the morning. Today, now 15 min weights and 30 on the bike.

Only ate this yesterday;
Protein snack bar
Yoghurt and bran
3 coffees
Pasta and 2 glasses of wine
Shared a cheese platter mmmm
Oh then 2 mugs of g/tea and a choc biscuit

Feeling ok this morning and have party to go to this arvo, only 1 drink there and will have to pick the protein tapas plates. Will go out for eggs this morning, dukan lunch and back to dukan properly as of Monday. Going to WI on Thursday. Thinking 3 days PP, then PV Thurs PP Friday and sat/sun alternate too. I find it really easy to do 3 PP days mon- Friday.

Got some school work to do and another errand to run. Hope everyone is having a top weekend :)

Hi Bren, how are you doing? Sounds as though you are totally back into the swing of school. Half term here this week so have taken the week off with them for peace keeping duties :)
