Bring it on....round 2!

Good luck for tomorrow!

Thanks Lynne,
Alas the scales are still stuck - OH well they will have to move downwards at some point.
My body seems to be quite bizarre in that it seems to like 5s and 0s - whenever I reach one of those points it seems to cling on for dear life at the moment its the 85kg mark it doesnt want to bid farewell to. I noticed the exact same thing last time I was doing this - I think it may have taken at least 2 weeks of STSs before I moved below it last time.

Grrr-I just have to make sure I keep it 100% and dont let it get to me else it willmtake a lot longer than 2 weeks!!

Staying the same means you've still lost significantly and hopefully it will be a 5lb loss next time! I find it so hard sticking to 100%TS! I'm on day 2 today but am already 1lb down from yesterday, so well chuffed!

Thats brilliant and a great incentive to keep it 100% - at this rate you will have a fabulous week one loss - wishing you steely resolve to keep going :)

Its the beginning of a new month so time to take stock and set targets for the month ahead.
I am going to slightly adjust my next mini goal - rather than set an unrealistic target and feel like a failure - so my goal for the 14th of October is to get into the 12s - that will be an achievement and if I keep it 100% and the scales decide to start playing ball get to just below 80kg by the end of October. BRING IT ON!!

Hope everyone has a great day,
xxx

Hi Cookie. Good to hear you so motivated! I'm going to start an October challenge (or join one if someone has already done so) on the Challenge Board. It helps to keep focussed.

Yep it really does.
We are going to 'rock' this October!!
Hope u have a great day,
xxxx

BACK TO WORK COOKIE!!!

Just had a 'shake n go' bottle for the first time - mighty convenient and it didn't go lumpy as I had feared.
These will be so useful for commuting days - another thumbs up for exante!

Ok back to work......

I wondered about getting some of those for work days.

They are really good - only downside is they are a bit bulkier than the packs in terms of storage and I guess environmentally not as great but we can always recycle them - its not as if I dont buy plastic water bottles etc...

Hope ur able to take it easy for a few days,
xxx

Another exante day done and dusted.

Just got sorted that my other half is going abroad for 5months next week.
Gonna be mega stressful sorting childcare for me work and study, but should hopefully be a lot easier dietwise - much less cooking hassel etc...

Its gonna be a mega busy few days ahead - 3 long days at work with a joyous 3hr commute and then getting him sorted for the journey.....yikes!!

On a positive note - there will be literally no time to think of food.

Hope everyone has a great few days ahead,
xxxxx
