brit's 2013 slimming world + fitbit diary :D - time to get skinny!!!!!

honestly its not too bad at the start, you could break it up through the day, i just do mine in one go to get it out of the way hehe

aww they sound cute, i want a dog but the landlord wont allow it boo

my housemate gets pains in her fingers and toes because of circulation and she said it can be quite painful always keep aspirin on hand hehe hope you having a nice weekend :D xx

mine are ok, im maybe not doing them right?? how low do you go?? and are you legs wide?? i walked to work afterwards so maybe thats y they arent aching? are u doing any exercise after?? haha sorry for the questions im just worried im not squatting properly ;) xx
 
well work has been even more manic today and im starting to question whether i can do it :(

They hurt yesterday too :( I do go quite low, my bum hits the bath tub and my legs are quite wide apart.. I went swimming a few hours later so maybe that's why they are so achey, hmmmm.

I'm sure your doing it properly, took some pics today so I can compare on day 30 :)

just i did quite a lot wrong today and i feel im taking a lot on. I really want to do well but im scared im going to mess up, im spent ages making bread today then burnt it all because i pressed the wrong button :( and the owner is going to go in tomo morning and see there isnt enough of a certain kind of bread because of me .... i know its only the second day and we are all new to it, but im worried they are looking at me thinking "she cant handle it" im in the process of writing a check list that im taking with me tomo haha

im going lower tomo, i took a pic on day one which isnt nice so wont be showing anyone so might take another on day 30 i can def see it in my thighs tho :D

my work pants nearly fell down today so hopefully something is right :D

well done on your swimming was it busy with it being a sat? xx

I think it's only natural to feel like that, mistakes will be made at first - soon things will feel like second nature. It's always hard starting a new job, there is so much to learn but you'll get there.

It was busy and there were a lot of annoying people in there too, I just powered on!

Work trousers falling down is def a sign of good things! Yay :)

thanks i know i do feel a bit better this morning :D all ready and raring to go... notepad and pen :D
want to eat a sub today aswell so taking bran flakes in instead of eating a pack of quavers, they can just go in my bag haha

I know i shouldn't care, but last two days ive been only eating 1000 cals by the time ive got home so ive had to come in and stuff my face (with healthy things of course) to up it, im hoping this will not affect weight loss haha

hii

today went soo much better thank you :D i wasn't being rushed and i picked up on a lot of things myself so im pleased. My boss said it will take me around 2 weeks to get good so im not feeling the pressure as much. Today tho i didnt manage to get a break and i got out at half 9 (started at 12) so i was ravenous, also there was a lot of waste salad so i made myself a big salad bowl so no sub again today :D

had 17 syns today as i scoffed and scoffed when i got in... but still in my weekly amount :D

Was going to go the gym tomo but im worried what if i go then work is the same.. ill pass out haha so going to go on tue and then plan my food better :D
