It is so good to be back!!! I am finding it a little hard today, after eating for the last few days........... I know with all the support we give each other, I will be fine and dandy!!!

I can't wait to start walking with my group again............. I am planning to get back to it all at the start of October which is when I want to be done and dusted on this diet!!!

I am 'feeling the love' again for all you butterflies today - and sending you all lots of positive vibes and happiness.

i was reading the diets and just realized i do 810 most days.......... not ss+..i dont measure the food i have 3-4 table spoons of veg (usually a whole bag of baby spinach cooked to nothing) and half a courgette, with the protien which is sometimes a bit more than should be on ss+ so i am really impressed with losses, may try and do ss this week cos i want to shift 9lb at least by aug 15th , what are you doing for your bday bethan xx

Well done on getting into that dress it must have made you feel great and brought back lot's of nice memories for you. I am starting ss+ tomorrow for the week before I do 810 the following and I have just been and brought MY food. It was so strange to put food in the trolley for me. I got some fat free greek style yog as I have read people add curry powder to it and make a marinade for chicken kebabs out of it but have now realised after asking on the main board that you can only have the milk allowance or yog if you are not having the 200kcal meal ie 4 cd meals then you can have milk but if having 3 cd meals and 200kcal meal then no milk. I will have to wait for 810 week to use it now-boo hoo. My cd told me to have the milk as well. You wait until she gets back off her hols lol.
 
Yes Claira, definately worth doing. I got lot's of comments on how spoilt my 2 girls must have been er still are.

Could it be wrong, can I have my curry marinade. I'm getting excited about curry marinade lol. Do tell Claira.
 
yep thats right, its up to you if you want to add asmall amount it may not hurt, i buy 110g of chicken in morrissons ready cooked flame grilled or chicken tikka, and have a spoon of cottage cheese with my veg cos ur allowed 120g chicken, i also add balsamic fat free dressing, i think you just have to watch ur losses and if its not good enough then be very strict. my losses are not really any different apart from last week being only 2lb but then i had a few naughty bites here and there so i expected it x but still great, try and be strict but some food is just to yuk plain xx
 
i add thai 7, cumin, corriander, tumeric, garlic salt, rosemary alsorts to my cooking and i dry fry everything even cabbage and lettuce lol.
 
Lovely, thanks Claira. I brought some herbs and paprika to put on chicken as well. I am so looking forward to having some flavour and texture and if my weight loss is relatively simular than I will keep to ss+.

I have to weigh myself tomorrow as my cdc is on holiday but she has let me borrow her scales so at least I don't have to worry about the variation. Will let you know how It goes xx
 
good luck i deffinatly feel happier on ss+ and i know i can try ss again if need be but if i cant do it i will still do well with ss+, hope you enjoy it, remember to eat slow not woof it down xxx

Morning all, another lovely rainy day... Wel I ate my fish and salad but can't honestly say I enjoyed it. Obviously not quite grown up enough - I wanted ketchup!! Going to try chicken tonight. NO a great fan of 810 so far - think I'll go back to SS+ afterwards!
 
Morning all, Lost 3lb today which is weird cos the only other time I lost 3lb which is the least I have ever lost in a week was the second week after my tmi and this time it's the second week after tmi?

Anyway still pleased with 3lb and that brings me bang on 4 stone loss:bliss:
