Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

Right 2 days very off plan, time to pull myself together and have a reasonable day! Yesterday I had

B scan bran cake
S cupcake
L veggi moussaka wedges and cakes and there was nothing sw friendly about that meal!
D cakes and wine

I literally thought sod it I can't be bothered. That is the first time in 3 months tho. I really need to plan and shop I have no food which is why I have gone off plan.

But this morning going for breakfast with my best friend :) have looked at menu and going to have poached eggs with spinach and mushrooms hopefully with wholemeal toast rather than English muffin. Then soup for lunch and then out for dinner for pumpkin tagine I think probably and diet coke as ended up offering to work tomorro as felt bad for how stressed they all were. Not sure why but done now! On the bright side no hangover as I stopped at a sensible amount of wine last night!

Had scan bran cake this morning think today will have to be green as lots of carbs going on today! Need to go and get dressed or I'll be late!
 
Stuck to plan! Phew! Not convinced it was whole meal bread but wasn't a white muffin or sourdough either! Was delicious too! Not done much catching up as my friends little boy is restless!
 
Going to work this morning but need to write a shopping list as going to go straight to Asda afterwards. Seriously regretting saying I would do this. Stuck to plan about dinner had BNS and chilli risotto with a side salad and a mouthful of cake. Had more wine than I intended but overall was ok. Think I need nearly everything from the supermarket right down to stuff like washing powder! Going to be expensive!

I think we have been everyday since shopping day. Although it wasn't a full shop. I just like having different things to eat. And its normally what we don't have in.! Lol

Did get plenty of super free melon grapes strawberries, tho they weren't the best, pineapple and apples salad and plenty of veg! Made quiche soups and scan bran cake yesterday. Did well at work as after all my soup and fruit I resisted the cake that was put in front of me! Not had enough water today tho.

Scales were up loads this morning no idea why as was really good yesterday so bit frustrated! Thought I might have got away a bit lightly with last weeks naughtiness!
 
I'm sure the scales will level out by Wednesday weigh in !
My leader says you can have a night off. Its what you do around it that counts.!

Hello! Birthday was fab thank you! Was good for birthday was ages after I fell off wagon!

Having a green day now instead of red got sw chips in the oven to have with cheese as needed something v naughty but on plan! Looking forward to them v much now
 
That meal sounds lovely. I haven't tried a green day. I'm having a red one today.

I don't do them that often my body doesn't love carbs but I needed comfort food! It has worked I haven't eaten since dinner so am pleased with that. Going to have a bath now and then maybe a hot choc with downton abbey not sure might rewatch first one of new season as just watched all of season 3 in 2 days!!!
 
Did have a hot choc with new downton was lush! Scales back down to 11st 13.25lb today, not sure what the 12st 2lb was all about yesterday!! Need to drink plenty today am not doing so well with that at the moment!

Today is

B2 quiche and grapefruit
L soup, Moroccan chickpea, amazing!! Melon grapes pineapple apple
D tuna balls with tomato sauce and salad

They changed my shift yesterday which I am annoyed at as it is their chaos which is impacting my life at the moment. Also is so cold in work at the moment I am wearing all the things we are allowed and I am still freezing, doesn't bode well for winter!

Might as well haul myself to work don't start for 20 mins but sitting here is a bit daft!
 
All done thank goodness treating myself to a glass of wine tonight got red which I try to avoid coz of migraines but really wanted some! Is lush!
 
Scales up to 11st 13.75lb so will probably gain tonight. Really need to stop this, still got a way to go on my journey and I have stalled
 
And then ate a huge breakfast and totally fed up with work and generally exhausted! Did resist buying pizza for dinner will stick with me cauliflower cheese plan, just need to clean up awful mess in the kitchen before I can do anything else!
