Our c did a thing last night, she had wrapped up Christmas presents and gave them out, they were stones and half stones, to show us how far we have come, was a very neat little trick! I had thought when I was holding my friends baby I have lost twice his weight and I was struggling to carry him after half an hr!

Great idea Claire about planning ahead. Ill be doing that this evening.

It was a neat idea that your leader did. We have pebbles on part of our garden and my husband put all the pebbles I had lost in a bag. Omg it was so heavy.! Makes you think how well you have done doesnt it. !
 
Scan bran cakes is scan bran softened with water and mixed with 2 beaten eggs, yoghurt and sweetener. I use cherry yoghurt and add almond essence then pop in microwave for 7.5 mins. Is an acquired taste, but I like it!

Have had a productive day although my parents have been here. Made quiche and soup and tuna balls so think I am ok for a weekend full of working! Also cooked a mackerel fillet as love them cold!

Went out for lunch as a belated birthday treat, had plain hake and new potatoes with a bit of rocket and some prosseco well quite a bit so had a little doze as been exhausted this week. Think they were reasonable choices!

D soup grapes plums possibly grapefruit as am a bit worried I am low on superfree!

Will try and resist another glass of wine later but will struggle I know I will!

No idea!!!! Will worry about that closer to the time!

Not sure if today is green red or ee! Can't be red as got chickpeas and potato in soup. Could be green if I have the fish as a HEB, my plate wasn't a third superfree at lunch which I think rules out ee. Need to figure out the syns in my prosecco too.
 
Hi everyone quite new to sw on my second week I feel like I am eating to much does anyone else feel like that I am doing the green plan as a veggie but do want to loose a stone asap, I lost 4.5lb in week one, just if anyone has any advice x

What's made you go straight to green days rather than trying extra easy 1st??
Well done on your 1st weeks lost. I also lost that my 1st week. !

My consultant said last night to a new lady who had been hungry that the rule is to make sure you do eat enough. Don't stuff yourself until you are over full but make sure you eat enough to be conformably satisfied. Even tho you are doing green keep your superfree up plenty of veg and fruit to snack on. Follow the principles and it works. I lost a stone in 8 weeks and had a couple of sts in there too. I want to loose about 2.5-3stone.

Also drink plenty of water that really helps too. Good luck on your journey :)
 
Thank you, I am a vegetarian that's why I am doing the green, it just seems very easy and I am thinking am I doing it wrong, I do eat a lot always have, I love food that's my down fall!!! I am getting married in less than 5 months and need the weight gone by then xx

Five months is plenty of time, how much are you looking to loose? I personally find alcohol doesn't help my weight loss so if you can mange booze free weeks that might help. And use all your syns, I think 10-15 is the guideline, don't deprive yourself as you might have a blowout!

It is easy so just stick with it and you will see the results!
