Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

I don't drink much anymore so only on occasions really got a wedding in a few weeks and my hen a couple after but not to much need to loose 1stone 7lbs but would like to do it asap as have dress fittings ect, I have been having 2 a and b as allowed with green, lots of free food and fruit and veg and about 10 syns a day, but the portions aren't small, does this sound ok xx

Sounds ok to me! Maybe post what you had today and yesterday just to make sure :)

today I have had b- Weetabix and skimmed milk and some fruit and a small bit of fat free natural yogurt,
l - small sushi pack (4syns) and 3 baby bell light and 2 ww wholemeal bread 400g loaf (2nd a and b)and fruit
s- aero biscuit (5 syns)
d - home made sw chips and veg lasagne all free ingredients with extra light mayo (1 syn)

if hungry later will have fruit is this right, this is an average day.
 
Maybe more superfree at lunch and is the lasagne full of it but looks Very tasty! I LOVE sw chips I had 2 potatoes worth covered in cheese on Monday night! Nom nom!
 
I did eat a lot of fruit but can eat more yeah all free mad with quorn mince loads of veg and passata I love the sw chips so tasty xx
 
Maybe crudités with homemade hummus think you can make a syn free version? Idea of superfree is it fills you up but v low in calories and stops you eating higher calorie stuff which is why you should aim for a third of each meal even on green xx

Tbh Claire. I still do have more than a third, even when on original!
I always feel better knowing I have had them. And they fill you up 1st.!
 
Right think I am just over syns today as prosecco was 13.5syns I think and had a couple of teaspoons of tarter sauce have resisted more wine tho and not had any chocolate :) phew 100% day one done!
 
Well done! You'd only be a tiny bit over if you were so nothing to worry about. Does your SW leader give you the full 15 syns? Mine asks us to stick to 10

She suggests 10 on your first week but is happy with 15 after that.

Scales said 11st 12lb this morning so that is definitely the lowest they have been, just need to get it to stick this week and not eat loads of rubbish at work over the next 4 days. I really struggle working all weekend think it is because I feel I deserve it for being stuck in work! Which I don't! But that is already 2.75lbs down on weds wi, not sure how I managed that! At work at 1 today so thinking a chilled morning with my book and some coffee and plenty of water! All I need to do is do a bit of prep for food tomoro night at work chop up some melon and prep some other fruit as I need to go to Asda tomoro morning for a prescription and some fruit so won't be as chilled.

Like you said if you can prepare your snacks and food to take to work with you. At least it will stop the temptations at work.!

Thank you :) am actually dying my hair now not reading my book with a cup of coffee as realised I am so short of time in the next week and want next weekend to be really nice as so busy between now and then!

I also have pulled the reins on my syns this week with have nutella and crumpets on Wednesday. I have worked it out now I can have 9.5 syns a day up to weigh in. That enough for a bit of cake tomorrow !
