Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

I either find it really easy at work or really hard today it was easy! Sure you will be fine was noting compared to some post wi blowouts!
 
Hectic morning this morning need to go to Asda to get prescription and grab pineapple and grapes to keep me going until Tuesday and more plums as they ripen slowly! Also need to make a scan bran cake and try and sort dinner for tomorrow night although just realised I didn't take the mince out to defrost last night gah! Done that now at least.

And the scales said 11st 11.5lbs this morning which I am really pleased about as they had been stuck for ages. Drank 3.75l of water yesterday plus a cup of coffee so that was pretty good going.

So today is

B scan bran cake and grapefruit
L soup melon and pineapple
D sw quiche and salad plums and grapes

And if I get thru today with no syns again maybe some red wine although I will try and resist as felt groggy this morning and tho I am ok now I have to be at work at 8 for a full on day. Really need to start on all the things that need doing!
 
Sounds like you're doing really well. I need to try this scan bran cake.
 
They are an acquired taste but I find it keeps me very full and I definitely have other benefits like being very er regular! I started with a chocolate one and now have syn free I have half for break then add scan bran to my soup for lunchtime so I get a whole portion a day.

Done my huge list of things and even managed to do a load of washing :) so just having a cup of coffee a Hifi and watching quali from the Grand Prix before walking to work. Am whacked already tho!

Discovered my club 10 is 11st 12lb so reckon if I can get another lb off I might make it this week as my scales are 1.25lb lighter than class

Thank you, I started writing because I found reading everyone else's really motivational and now I feel it helps me stay on track.

There is a thread called scan bran addicts which has loads of recipes on but the chocolate one I make is

5 scan bran soaked in water then drained
Sweetener this is to person taste I tend to cover the whole thing quite liberally
Chocolate brownie options 3 syns
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp 6 syns depending brand
Toffee yoghurt
2 eggs beaten

I then just mix it altogether then pop in microwave for 7.5 mind in a takeaway container

On lunch at mo grabbed some raspberries in asda so got plums grapes after my beet root soup!
 
Home from work after another 100% day, pleased with myself as 3rd day on the trot did have 3 crackers but as had no syns at all am ok, having a glass of red now before bed and back up for another day!
 
Not so keen on my scales this morning jumped on the scales first thing and they said 11st 11.25lb then put in my contact lenses and they jumped up to 11st 12.5lbs!!! So will be 100% again today. So plan is scan bran cake grapefruit then breakfast 2 at work is quiche and fruit lunch soup and fruit and then sheesh kebabs and salad for dinner. Am watching the start of the gp before work but am sooooo tired! Might go and make a quick cup of coffee although I'm not dressed and I need to leave in 20 mins!
 
On break now no naughties to tempt me :) just had quiche on to grapefruit now as had coffee instead earlier :) only 5 hrs to go! Sundays are always so so busy and so much to cram in!
 
Is super busy nibbling grapes at mo had soup and raspberries not hungry but they are there and I am avoiding internet as don't want to know gp result
 
Home now had a minor lapse, had chocolates off someone from work as a thank you for sorting out stuff for her this week as her MIL died last weekend. Luckily not that fused on the big bar she got do like the box tho! So had 3 chocs am trying to resist going out to buy a bottle of wine I think I will manage as in jim jams so need to dress to do it and possibly will help me resist. Going to go and put chocolates away get fruit and water out and a Hifi
