Just had a brown roll with low low tiny bit of mustard and pastrami was amazing! Got a flask with options in too and brought hot choc with me for room too.

Weather is awful getting worse the closer we get to Manchester!
 
That's not to bad travel time. X Have a lovely weekend so pleased your in a different frame of mind now. You seem so much happier x x sending hugs x
 
*slinks back in* had the most amazing time :D we did loads and was lovely to spend so much time together but have gained 5lbs was loads of cocktails and steak and chips, and pizza Indian and Chinese since we got back :( so gained 5lbs

Feel like giving up at the moment. Not sure what is wrong me seeing a huge gain is usually enough to focus me and get back to it.

On the bright side work is feeling really positive the person who caused all the issues is now off sick, which I have mixed emotions about. I think deep down I am concerned that this is going to change things and they won't be able to force her to move section. The management changes have taken place and that is positive too I think I need to sit down and explain my concerns to my new manager. Didn't have time yesterday was all about sorting out the mess that is the week as no one looked at it while I was off and I am not in today so can't do it today.

Probably need to do a shop and some planning I guess but am lacking in motivation :/

You are right I need to get a grip! My c has just texted me to say she is looking forward to seeing me tomoro! Jeepers I'm not looking forward to seeing the scales! Trying to decide if I want more tea or a shower big choices!
 
Hello gorgeous! Welcome back and so glad to hear you had a fab time! It's tough getting back on plan - I'm struggling too. I just can't resist the naughtiness despite my meals being on plan. Need to get backi in the zone xx
 
Today plan is just to do better than I have been and properly get back to it tomoro! Had pastrami and low low on crusty wholemeal roll for lunch was delicious am so tired tho and not done anything I intended to today :eek: but trying not to worry going to go and make a cuppa and put on dishwasher and take washing out will feel a bit better then I think!
 
See your still making good choices anyway. It will take you a few days to get back into the swing of it.
Is weigh in tomorrow for you isn't it so just take it on the chin and start again. You had a fab time so any gain well be worth the good time you had x
 
Don't worry just concentrate on being back on plan and to get back to where you Where before Christmas. It won't take long Clare.
How you feeling about the gain? Hope work is good now x
 
Unsure how I feel. That the scales are wrong lol! Am hoping that this will help me focus got enough good food to get me through to shopping on Saturday.

Work is crazy hectic as loads and loads of sickness so trying to get on top of the planning around that am getting there slowly though is tough as no one wants overtime!

All the other stuff is messy, think the mess is mainly in my head :/ need to talk to my manager but not had the chance and it has to be one in particular due to the restructuring. The person involved is off sick this week so am ok but need to make sure I am ready for her coming back.

Will see what the week brings
