Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

I am so far had an apple and persimmon fruit and a Greek muller pizza for dinner at work and ryvita pastrami and low low syn will be on cheese and milk I think as want cheese with lunch and dinner and tea :) feeling better for thinking about a day on plan after 2 weeks off plan
 
In not great news they want me to sit down with the woman who has caused all the problems in some kind of mediation. Currently not prepared to do it as I don't think it will achieve anything. It has been mentioned before but everything blew up before that became an issue. Not feeling good and no one is in to talk to about it.
 
OMG that's terrible I thought they ate moving her. Why should you be put in the situation.
I hope it hasnt put you On a downer. I thought all this was sorted out and im shocked they want to do this. So I can understand how you must feel.

She said she has a bad back so can't do the job. I am annoyed and upset haven't had chance to talk to my manager about it as the person who told me is our personnel manager who hasn't really be involved, and tho she is lovely doesn't know the whole story. Haven't done any comfort eating going to have a vodka and ginger beer within syns
 
Did get a long talk with my manager. No clear way forward but today was hectic. Food has been ok had yog and grapefruit for breakfast salad pastrami gherkins, ryvita low low grapes and pineapple then an apple and fake away KFC with spicy low low coleslaw and baked beans syns wine wine wine :)

Have to do 3 hrs tomoro at work very annoyed really don't want to but everyone is either sick or on holiday. Have already done my hours for the week grrrrr

The good wife starts back tonight tho I love it so looking forward to that :D
 
I used a bag of coleslaw mix and stirred through a pot of spicy low low to make coleslaw was delicious got other half to have today :)

Hey Clare i went to our big tesco and brought some low low mature cheese spread with hot chilli Peppers in it. Is that what you use for your coleslaw?

Yes that's it! I love it. The plain one is nice too and half a tub is a HEXA. Day was work for 3 hrs, not impressed, housework, nap, rugby, nap, rugby, wine rugby, crisps, rugby, wine, rugby, garlic bread, rugby!! Been nice tho and forgotten about work now!

Don't enjoy the rugby as an English girl in Wales leads to much conflict!!

Love the mention of wine. I declined to buy a bottle when we were out. How silly was I lol.. Could just have some now. After a hot bath and an empty house. Well besides Mr lol
 
I Made my salad and added low low. God or was lovely. I can see having to make an extra trip each week to buy some from our bigger tesco.

Hey have been lurking not on plan at all really struggling. Not giving up but am finding it tough. Off to dentist now :eek: not been for ages finally hot an nhs one! Will post properly later
 
Dentist was not great! Need 4 fillings, having that done 2 weeks today just hope they do them all as on opposite sides but am off work so makes sense. Have also bought an electric toothbrush as my mum's dentist recommended she start using one and has helped her lots and we have really similar teeth, even down to where they cross over at the front :)

Got on the scales this morning and have gained another 2lbs. Am 10lbs up on where I was at the end of nov, at the moment just want to get back there.

Did a day on plan yesterday just about tho a bit random, trying green today had Linda McCartney sausages for breakfast 2 syns for quorn one and 2 of the free ones, with 3 syns tomato ketchup. Lunch is lentil and carrot soup and fruit and yoghurt and then pizza and salad for tea with more fruit and yoghurt. So hex are cheese, cheese and milk and the wrap. Will be good just to do a day on plan.

Have made tomato sauce this morning too so expect there will be more pizza this week!
 
Hey Clare lovely to see u back x have u got in stra gram? There are some great inspirational people on there and with great food ideas to help you get back on plan. You had been doing so well. You know you can do this. Just needs pre planning your meals and your shopping lists like you use to. X x

Think I managed a whole day on plan!

Did have quavers and a small dairy milk at work as fruit just wasn't enough! But was 4.5 syns and 5.5 syns and 5 for breakfast and first day for too many weeks that I haven't had any wine that is so bad! Need to get back to only drinking twice a week I think and sticking within syns

Am back at work at 6 so need to sleep but had huge panic as lost my phone earlier dropped in car of person who brought me home! Doh
