Staying in all weekend to give my wee patient a rest, she has been so good having to walk to school etc all week...in a lot of pain at night though, when she moves, so we are both exhausted. Three of us have the cold too. Good Dukan news is that I lost all the weight gained on our mad mid-month carb binge and am one pound less finally. Very pleased as seemed to be stuck at 152 for ages (coz of binge at Christmas/Feb
). Weight goes off very slowly now but that is only to be expected. Looking forward to the summer, Mr CD here for good means I can up my exercise

For the next wee while I have to really watch my pennies as we are saving for something very important; have spent ages coming up with healthy, cheap meals for kids and my Dukan is going to get rather boring - however it's worth it and I'll just drink plenty of tea/coffee! No tofu/dairy might help with weight loss, you never know!
