Wednesday 20th april - 41 weeklies left

Feeling manky again! Full of cold it even hurts to have my eyes open!! Tea was awful, im hungry and I'm craving rubbish! Moan over....

Breakfast: pikelets (4 sp)
Lunch: cheese sandwich thin, ww crinkles, cheese string (9 sp)
Dinner: breadcrumb fish (ate just the breadcrumbs!) 150g homemade oven chips and 50g peas (11 sp)

Snacks: 8 SP
Probably Frazzles even though I've had crisps - 3sp
Bagel thin with low fat cheese slice 5 sp

31 SP + 1 weekly

Oh No! Sorry to hear you're feeling so awful, you definitely need the weekend! Why did u just eat the breadcrumbs off your fish? Wasn't it nice? I have no idea what a pikelet is, is it like a crumpet? Hope you can have an early night x
 
Thanks... feeling very sorry for myself tonight lol and it's taking major self control not to order a pizza :( The fish was awful, won't be getting it again! Pikelets are like a thinner crumpet, 3sp for 2. xx

Oh gosh I hope it wasn't my update/pic was it? So sorry if if was :( Hope you've managed to stay strong? Pikelets sound very similar to Kingsmill Crumpet Thins which I absolutely adore so I will look out for these too! X
 
Ah no definitely not - fancied it all day! I had a bagel thin with low fat cheese slice and frazzles for 8 SP so used all dailies, and 1 weekly :) I've looked for kingsmill thins but haven't found them yet!

Cup of tea and bed I think! :) xx

Thanks :) I really need to stop scale hopping, might join a class after my online membership runs out :) Not sure if I'm eating too much bread, do you think as long as you stick to your points allowance you can more or less eat anything? xx

In theory you can yes but you might find that you are bloated if you eat too much bread? I always tried to have more protein than carbs if I could. However I do know someone who did WW, didn't eat any fruit or veg and had a McDonald's every day (within her points) and she did lose every week! X
 
I'm not keen on fruit or veg I'm very fussy. I think my meals are relatively healthy though. Will see what the scales say tomorrow :) xx

3lbs loss this morning - very happy :) Can't help thinking it's my dodgy scales though and they're lying to me! :)
