Hollie is 6mths today I know ive done well with weightloss but ideally wud of love to have lost another half st by now xx

4lb, but at the minute I gave no confidence. My points don't stretch far because of the food we have in, but I'm sticking with it and will try my best that's all I can do. I think if u don't wi you won't know how well you've done by next Friday? But that's just me. Can't bring myself to wi yet. You have done fab with your wi, wish I was a bit further along too though x

Forgot to add I sts, bit depressing really but it cud of been alot worse. Ive had a bad wk not just with food but ive hardly had any sleep so its not helped as its made me snack more!

10.5lbs till xmas but im hoping to lose more!

Oh no, why's she started waking, I mean is she just getting up like its time to get up, or is she getting up upset, or wanting a drink etc? Does she stay up long? Bet your knackered hun, I am and neither of my two wake up at all usually, but I know I'm spoilt with my two xx
 
Naomi about 10 until anywhere between 7-10 next morning but last night she was wide awake til 11. Jack 8.30-8.00ish. Hopefully it's just a phase Maisie is going through its horrible when they're in b routine then start to come out of it. Someone told me can't bedtime bath, its from Johnson's and apparently it really settles them before bed and relaxes them for a good sleep, looking at reviews its supposed to make quite a difference. I got some yesterday going to give it ago tonight x
 
I'm the same Cas back on track! I hope, yesterday I went over points but never ate much, I never got any kind of treat, not even chocolate cos we've got nothing in, I feel cheated lol.
I'm a lb lighter this morning so I hope it stays off. Good luck with this week x
 
Well done hun this is going be our wk!!

I got a letter today about Maisie it looks like there offering a 2 yr old nursery/ child minder place, there going ring in a few days im not really sure about it.

food today:

B- cereal bar tea 3pp

L-pizza baguette 7pp

D- chicken chowmein 15 pp chicken balls 5pp

S- curly wurly, mini dairy milk 6pp

Total 36pp wklys 7- 41/50

I just had a pizza baguette too with a tad bit of cheese! The asda one's are quite nice. Why are you not sure about Maisie going to nursery? Is it half day/full day x
 
She's my baby im too clingy!!! They going call me this wk if its just 2-3 mornings a wk I dont mind but not everyday, not keen on a childminder. Cant believe someone nicked her name! I dont mind though x I won a lovely coat off ebay for maisie brand new, from next, really nice still in season too got it half price, im guessing they brought it and changed their mind.

Ive not had lunch yet going have mine bit later! there really handy those baguettes sometimes I have them for tea wiv jacket potato, while the others have pizza.
 
Well I cheated yesterday cudnt help myself! so im wiping out all my wklys! I actually had about 20 of my wklys but still feel ive cheated so going try and stick to dailys/1200 cals till wi!

So today

Breakfast: tea and cereal bar 3pp


Lunch:
beans on toast 8pp

Dinner: spaghetti bolonaise one slice of garlic bread 13pp

Snack- nutrigrain biscuits 5pp 2 cereal bars 4pp

Total 33pp

Going get back to do more exercise this wk! was really lazy last wk!

What did u cheat with? I had huge bag milky bar buttons lol.
I'm on dailies now til wi too, I'm desperate for 4lb off this week, all I can do it try and hope lol xx
 
What did I cheat with .................. Chinese mainly rice and noodles plus 2 curly wurlys, 2 funsize dairy milks so altogether I had about 40 pp. I think on a saturday im going give myself treat and stick to dailys the rest of the wk!

A bag of buttons isnt to bad hun, 4lbs sound good! even if you get to close to that or be almost in the next st! im aiming for 2lbs not going have anymore chocolate cos it really makes me fall of track so going stick wiv cereal bars x
