Eeks, forgot about weigh in tomorrow and went to the pub at lunch time and had cheesy chilli chips, which was lovely.

I'm still in a good frame of mind and am making conscious choices (even if they are not healthy ones !!) rather than just stuffing anything in my mouth.
 
I'm more pleased with my frame of mind, I seem to have really perked up - or not be in the doldrums quite so much.

I think some of it definitely is stress - I finished in assignment this week which was a relief and although I've got an exam next week I don't seem to be worrying too much yet (I'm sure on the day I will be though !!)

Cheers my dear, you're very good at rallying the troops :)

I had a good weekend but not a good eating weekend. I'm out on Thursday night for a friend's birthday so will try and be extra good for 3 days and try not to go mad Thursday night.

I don't got on here every day and I don't write in my diary very often - I'm rubbish like that !!

I STS this week, which was ok after going out and stuff. I'm back on placement in the hospital next week and am hoping to be really good foodwise. Problem is sometimes I get so tired I have some chocolate or a cake for a boost to get through. I'll have to take some grapes or pineapple in to have late afternoon and that should do the trick.
 
Student nurse Gem, started September 2008 (just after I joined here actually !!) Thought I'd go to uni at the grand old age of 42 :)

Had a really bad chocolate day today but was good yesterday and hopefully tomorrow will be better.
 
I did something like that - though not nursing, it was Community and Youth Work x
