Hey cupcake big well done on your loss your doing fab!!
If your struggling with the food couldn't u have a little salad? Or just some tuna or chicken?? It won't kick you out of ketosis but it might stop your food cravings?? Or what about having a bar as then you can eat something on plan?
Hope your ok tonight get another early night if you need to!!
I'm back on plan today and I'm feeling hungry so ill be getting an early night too and will feel great in the morning xx
