Hello lovely Cambridge friends!
I've given myself a good talking too, and got off my feeling sorry for myself step. I'm a bit coldy/hay fevery but that is no excuse! I've been to the gym, drank a load of water, and will get an early night. I've also had some marigold bouillon which is only 5 cals to warm me up as an extra, and that seems to have helped.
Having had a hysterectomy, I have no idea when totm is, so I'm also thinking that this could be a touch of that too.
So, positivity is mine. I'm going to battle through this foggy bit. I'm worth it. Xx
