I'm with you on that.

Plus I'd still like to see some kind of savoury SS food you can eat with a fork. I know we've got the pasta coming out, but it's not going to be for the VLCD side of things.

Oh and a bar that doesn't upset my stomach.

And something cheese and onion flavoured.

And Cambridge milk substitute

I agree with the Bounty...either coconut or coconut and chocolate...or just coconut and you could mix it with the chocolate shake....ummmmm yummmy.....Pick N Mix flavour!!!!!
