Oh dear, yesterday was not good. I had such a stressful morning at work and someone brought in delicious cookies and I had about 4. :cry:They were only small but I shouldn't have had them because I'd already had my morning snack, 3 rich tea biscuits. To top it off, I got a snack attack and munched my way through about 8 rich tea biscuits in the evening before taking myself off to bed in order to end my disastrous day! :break_diet:
