I couldn't sleep last night and binged at 1 am. :break_diet: I had 2 blue riband choc bars (10 syns), 4 rice cakes (4 syns) and 2 slices of squidgy choc cake (3 syns). Total = 17 :( I could have lived with that but I'm going out for a chinese meal tonight! This isn't officially a flexi day but that's what I'm going to call it! ;)
