I had a cereal bar binge at 3 am! :mad: I ate 2 Alpen lights (Hex B), a Fibre Plus bar (Hex B), another Fibre Plus bar (5.5 syns) and a Weetabix oaty bar (3.5 syns). Total = 2 Hex Bs and 9 syns. :eek:
