Swimming - 8 pool widths = -2?

Everything good today...full of zest which makes a change!
Sorted lots of paper work. Like to keep everything filed away neatly.
Phone call from carpet shop, hall carpet will be fitted next Thursday.
Monday I have council workman calling to fit a new press button thingy to toilet system plus I have ordered an air walker which should be delivered on Monday as well.
Tuesday will be swimming, Wednesday my cleaner calls and then Friday I have my hair set at 12.30 and then go on to a U3A meeting where we will be discussing the topic of nature.
So quite a busy week ahead.

Menu today:
Breakfast - Oats 30g + Milk 1/2pt (includes for teas today)
Lunch - Veg Soup + Bread + Cheese 30g
Snack - Biscuits 4 + Raspberries
Dinner - Tesco Chicken Curry with Rice
Supper - Yogurt

Another uneventful day. Received my result for TMA7 which was reasonable, so quite pleased with that.
Food menu:

Breakfast - Oats 30g + Milk 3/4pt (incl days)
Lunch - Bread + Cheese 30g
Snack - Biscuits 8 + Ready.to.eat Prunes 50g
Dinner - Pizza + Cabbage + Carrot
Supper - Yogurt

Total 38PP
Weekly PP used altogether = 36

Decided to book into a hotel in Yarmouth for a couple of nights in October. With the weather as it is it could end up being okay but just feel like having a trip to the seaside as I haven't been in years. Bit annoyed with myself tbh as I particularly booked one on the sea front but didn't look at the map properly and it's a wee bit past the Brittania pier only going into the less used area IYKWIM!! (facing the sea it's to the left) Being disabled I didn't want to have to walk very far to get a meal. Hopefully it won't be too bad...:sigh:

I've stayed at Yarmouth many a time,I hope you enjoy it and that you won't have to travel far to eat while you are there!
Am glad you are ok but sorry to hear you have been bored,never a nice feeling,at least you have your breakaway to look forward to now :0)

Well, after that disastrous beginning to my week am not going to use any of the weekly PPs and see how that goes.
Had my air walker delivered. Reviews on the sales page said that it needed two people to put it together...wimps!! Was a bit heavy but soon got it up and ready for the off even tho' I did put it together back to front first and had to take it to pieces again... :D .. did 10mins on it.
Also put new handles on the bathroom door at last.

Food today:
Breakfast - Oats 30g + Milk 5floz
Lunch - Bread + Cheese 30g
Snacks - Nuts 30g
Dinner - Cod 6oz steamed + Carrot + Cabbage + Peas 50g + Th.Isle Dressing 30ml
Supper - Rice Cake 3 + L.C. Cheese 1
Extras - Milk 1/2pt

Total: 28PP - 1 exercise = 27PP
 
I hope not using the weeklies helps you,well done on putting the air walker together yourself and for having a go on it!
Food looks good and that's good you have new handles on the bathroom door now :0)
 
Awww, sorry about the gain, but it's good to see that you're still determined - what with assembling and trying out the air walker etc. Yarmouth sounds good - we are supposed to have an Indian Summer this year so October should hopefully still be nice, with a touch of that Autumn crispness in the air. The restaurants tend to go all along the front I think, so hopefully you won't have too far to go.

Had my usual daily WI today and gone down a pound already .. Yay! So may well have been a bit of fluid.. :D
Enjoyed a swim again this afternoon.. 8 widths plus 10mins in jacuzzi and 15mins in steam room, and nice chat with two people I knew from last time I was there.. always a bonus.
Got home and put my dinner in the oven..lamb chump chop .. delish, had a shower and after I ate dinner went to sleep for about 3hrs. Now feeling great altho' I expect I will be awake for most of the night now! .. :D

Food today:
Breakfast - Rice Cakes 2 + Phili Cheese 30g
Lunch - Bread 1sl + Cheese 30g
Snack - Digestive Biscuits 2
Dinner - Lamb Chop 6oz + Peas 50g + Potato Instant mash 30g + Gravy

Extra - Milk for teas 1/2pt

Thanks Jaly. 25PP stipulated so far but sometimes I have to take tablets in the early hours if my back is bad. Actual days PP are 26 anyway... so who's worried about the one?!
