The DVD really is quite good. I bought it coz I had some spare gift certificates in my account.x
 
Just worked out that I only have 2 weeks to go until I can get the Platinum Body Magic sticky :eek: :D I'd totally forgotten about that until I saw it in someone else's thread the other day, lol. It's just taken me ages to catch up with working out what I've done each week :eek:
 
Week 32

Hope I continue losing this week. I have a few things planned for this week and I don't know how well I will be able to stay on track, hopefully it wont be too bad. We shall see :)

Green Day

Lunch: 2 slices of wholemeal little bread (HexB1), Quorn ham, tomato's, salad, half HexA1 low fat cheese, and 1tbsp of extra light mayo (0.5). Pack of cheese curls (3.5)
And sliced Pink Lady and a Shape Zero.

Tea: 2 Quorn sausages, 2 egg omelette with red onion and rest of HexA1 low fat cheese, and half a tin of Heinz barbecue beans.

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2) and 4 Mikado (2)

Drinks: Coffee (milk HexA2) Lots of squash.

Syns used: 6

Exercise: 60mins Wii Fat. OMG I was SO sweaty :p
Did 3 routines: Hips & behind, Arms, and Figure.
Then the driving range, rhythm boxing, skate board, and ski jump.
And then I put the following yoga poses into a big routine: Half moon, warrior, tree, sun salutation, standing knee, palm tree, the chair, triangle, downward facing dog, and king of the dance. :faint2:

Sounds good, I love my mixed bean chilli... you could make some instant mixed berry sorbet too - just blitz frozen mixed berries with fat free fromage frais. Doesn't need freezing as the berries make it cold and perfect consistency straight away. Yum and so easy :)

Breakfast: 1 Weetabix and 1 choc Weetabix (HexB1 +1), banana, Splenda, and ss milk (all milk HexA1)

Lunch: Tesco tuna and prawn sushi (1.5). A Shape Zero. And a small bowl of blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and red & green grapes.

Tea: SW mag recipe-Peppers stuffed with rice and feta (HexB2) New/baby potatoes and salad.

Dessert: Blackforest fruits, fromage frais, and 3 mini Tesco meringue's (3)

Drinks: Coffee. Rooibos tea.

Syns used: 5.5
Syns left: 18.5

Exercise: 15mins walking.
2hrs30mins at the vets.
30mins walking to and around Tesco.
Over an hour walking to bus, around Tesco, and to my friends.

Yay!! So glad you like the Converse :D I may even post a pic of me in my complete outfit when it's all sorted :eek:

Have had a really lovely evening & the food went down very well. Unfortunatley the berries had defrosted by the time we got in coz we stopped at another friends house. But even so it was delicious!!! I served it on two broken up mini meringues with a whole one on top and it was amazing!!!

Think they might let me cook again?! ;) Boy-friend even took pics of his food, lol
 
Those Converse are ace! You're going seeing Muse? They're my favourite band! I've seen them live a couple of times now, they're amazing. Have you ever been to one of their gigs before? Also, I may have to make stuffed peppers with brown rice and feta, sounds so yummy! xx

No, no, no! Lol My friend who is a boy, not boyfriend ;) He's my ex's brother and he's someone I think of as a little brother. It's him and his girlfriend I stayed with last night. I'm going to be bridesmaid at their wedding next year. So nope, absolutely not my boyfriend LOL!

If I do happen to meet someone everyone will be so sick of hearing about it :p

Yup! Back to Wembley to see them :D This will be my 4th time seeing them live and my second time seeing them at Wembley. Super excited-esp when I found out Biffy Clyro are only supporting them on the day we're going. They're my joint favourite band :D

Starting to worry that I will look like I'm trying too hard, but I'm looking forward to going all out and dressing the way I want instead of trying to hide :eek:
 
Walked to and from my counselling session today from my friends house. Had to walk fast because it was a bit of a rush. Felt good tho :D Counselling itself went quite well. I actually felt quite good after talking through how I've been feeling and what's been happening over the last few weeks. Felt a bit lighter and happier :)
Went to meet Caz in town after she'd finished work and we went for food at Bar Burrito-I got a burrito bowl so I wouldn't have to syn the wrap AND I didn't get any soured cream. How good am I?! Took a fruit salad and a Fibre Plus for the cinema but was too full to eat them. Think I've done pretty well, even if I do say so myself ;)

Lunch: Burrito bowl-small amount of chargrilled chicken (HexB1), refried beans, salsa, rice, lettuce, a teeny amount of cheese (half HexA1), and lots of Tabasco.

Tea: 2 chocolate Weetabix (HexB2 + 2), banana, blueberries, ss milk (all milk HexA2), and 1tsp of maple syrup (1). I'm apparently craving sugar this evening!!
