Can't wait to get it back!! I've been told it should be ok, but I don't wanna pester him coz he's doing me a massive favour :) Hopefully won't be too long.

Tea: Quorn mince, red onion, garlic, spinach, green pepper, courgette, carrot, tinned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes,& sweetcorn.
Tricolour trittole pasta.
Half HexB1 low fat feta and HexB2 low fat cheese
Salad, 1tbsp EL Mayo (0.5) & 1 tbsp dressing (0.5)

Snacks: Alpen light bar (rest of HexB1), strawberries, raspberries, grapes, and an M&S Count On Us toffee yogurt

Fired up the old PC while my laptop is in recovery ;)

Got my OU course result today. Disappointed really as it's an overall Grade 3 :sigh: Was hoping for a 2!! Got 70 in the continuous assessment but only 57 in the exam (lame) Never mind, it's better than just a pass and it means I've finished level 1 AND got a certificate of higher education to prove I have completed the equivalent of the first year of uni :D Still sucks that the OU's scoring is so much harsher than regular uni's....goes off to sulk ;)

In better news. Davey had his VIP check-up today and he's a very fit little dog :D Got him vaccinated and microchipped while we were there. Made sure he was muzzled coz I know what he's like. Vet did the vaccinations first and Dave yelped just as the needle touched his skin, made the vet jump and scream like a girl :p :angeldevil: It was horrible getting the microchip done, but he wasn't quite as bad as I thought he would be. At least it's done now. Well, we have to take him back in 2 weeks for the booster ;)

Stayed late at the vets for Dave's appointment and didn't get home till 3:30. Had an apple at the vets tho :rolleyes:

Tea: Some pasta bake leftovers (1 syn for the feta and HexA2 for the low fat cheese), jacket spud, salad, and Tesco reduced cal coleslaw 40g (1.5)

Snack: Coco Rocks bar (4) M&S yogurt.

Have had a good day really. My counsellor had to rearrange my appointment so I got a lie-in, although it did mean I meant missing my friends, but hopefully they wont mind. I went round to the chemist to put in Ellie's prescription and the lovely lady I always talk to said I looked really well and then asked if I had lost weight!! I said a bit and she shyly asked me how much, so when I told her she said it was brilliant and that I looked fabulous :D :eek:
Finally got the bloody OU papers signed and stamped by the rubbish job centre, so I can post them out tomorrow. I've gone way passed the deadline they had set, but the course application deadline isn't till Dec. Will send them a quick email anyway just to explain.

AND I finally got a loss!!!! :bliss:I lost 2lb :D Which means that I have now officially lost 2.5st (and 1lb) :party0049::bunnydance:

Only a couple of pounds to go until I'm halfway there! Eeeek :p

Lunch: Transformer spaghetti shapes :)p), 2 Quorn sausages cooked with Tabasco, 20g low fat cheese (part of HexA1) and 2 slices of wholemeal little bread (HexB2).

Tea: Half pack of Ainsley Moroccan Medley couscous (syning the whole pack coz I'll be eating the rest 1.5), half pack of chicken savoury rice, 5 mini kiev's (5), salad, sweetcorn, 40g coleslaw (1.5), and dressing (0.5) HexA2 low fat cheese.

Snack: 1 Alpen Light (half HexB2), Shape Zero, strawberries, and raspberries.

Drinks: Coffee (milk as rest of HexA1) Diet Irn Bru. Squash. Highlights dark choc (1.5)

Gah, Ellie hasn't put on any weight this week :( She had another B12 injection today and her tablets have been upped. Hopefully these will work. She's still got at least 2kg to go!

(seasoned with Chipotle Tabasco, chilli powder, cinnamon, garlic, coriander, low salt, and pepper)
With brown rice
, sweet jacket spud, salad, 40g Tesco coleslaw (1.5), and HexA2 low fat cheese. Slice of wholemeal little bread (rest of HexB1)

Snack: Mars ice cream (7) 1 Alpen light (half HexB2)

Oh no, after finally getting a loss I'm gonna have to have a day off tomorrow. Because of what Mum's going through at the moment she wants to go out for a meal while she can still get out and about. So we're going out to our favourite Mexican place tomorrow. I'm going to try and only have the meal off plan-but it is going to be a big meal. Ah well, tis only one meal and hopefully I will only sts and not put on. Fingers crossed eh?!

Thank you very muchly OddSock :D I got the course result through the post today, so I can chuck that in my record of achievement. I have been awarded the certificate of higher education too, so waiting for that to arrive.
Just been over to visit your diary and you're doing SO well!! Really sucks that you lost your books. Maybe ask in the main forum if anyone has any spares they don't want anymore? You know, if they've gotten extra or updated ones.xx

Going out tonight with my Mum and Sister to our fave Mexican place. Not even going to pretend that I'm going to be good, coz I know I wont :p But will use all my saved syns, 2 Hex's, and most of today's syns towards the meal and hope for the best. Haven't been to this restaurant since my birthday in Jan, so I'm going to enjoy it ;)

Tea: Meal out at The Tavern. We shared two starters between us-veggie nachos & halloumi fingers. And me and Mum shared duck taquitos. For my main meal I had chicken burrito with salad, rice, refried beans, and wedges. And for dessert I had a Bomba Mexicana-which is basically a giant profiterole filled with Kahlua cream, and covered in toffee sauce ;)
6 syns each off for using cheese as a HexA and the chicken as a HexB....like it matters after eating all that :p


Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. A bottle of Desperados. And a bottle of Brother toffee apple cider.

Week 30, eeeek!! Is it strange that I don't generally feel like I'm on a 'diet'?? I mean ok, I do have my moments when I complain and miss things, but in general this just feels so normal for me now. Like it's a way of eating I've been looking for for a long time and have finally found :eek: Spent years going through phases of trying to eat healthily and do an ass load of exercise only for it to never get me anywhere. But now it all makes sense and the balance of healthy eating and exercising is really working.
Wonder where I will be in another 30 weeks?! ;) Anyway, enough of all that....

Did much better on the Wii Fat this week. Tried some new stuff and got great scores :D

Tea has all been worked out on the syn calculator, hope it's right!!

Feel awful today. Not sleeping very well, my anxiety and depression have kicked off, and I feel so nauseous and headachey. AND I have another period. The annoying 3 week one only finished last week, but now I have a proper one. Not gonna bother getting weighed this week because of that and having the meal out at the weekend. Not that bothered really.

What a b*stard of a day!!! Thought I had the chance of a job working with aquatics and exotics, but turns out it would have been too much travelling and not enough hours. Trapped my fingers between a fire door handle and the door frame (very bruised fingers!). Found out my ex is having a house warming party and thinks I'm going (we're still good friends), but he's moved in to a house he's inherited with his new girlfriend and I'm not sure I can face seeing them in domestic bliss. Brand new printer that's only been used a couple of times is refusing to print, so can't sort out my cv's and cover letters. And while I was making my tea the new pepper grinder opened and poured about 1/4 of the peppercorns into my food. Stood there and picked out every one I could see, but still had to spit out a lot while I was eating.
I cannot wait for this day to be over...

Doing an experiment today and measuring my milk allowance out for the first time. Want to see how close (or even over) I go when I have Weetabix compared to when I just use it in coffee. Tomorrow will be a just coffee day.

Ellie continues to be awkward. She has actually LOST weight this week :confused: Got a locum vet in at the moment while my usual one is on holiday. She said she didn't want to interfere but is a bit concerned that Ellie's poo's are normal, the antibiotic dose has been upped, and she's losing weight. She told me about a product which might be useful and said if she carries on losing weight, or doesn't put any on, it may be worth getting referred to Liverpool uni's vet hospital. Thank f*ck for insurance eh?! Bloody dog :p When the vet found out she had this, diabetes insipidus, AND is fear aggressive towards dogs she asked if I wanted to swap her for a normal dog. LOL!

Anyway, food wise. My first attempt at syn free quiche is in the oven as I type. Not syn free tho coz I've put feta in :p Looking forward to it tho :D

ETA: The quiche was a total success!!! So surprised how well it turned out and it was SO yummy!! Shared it with my Mum and we have 1/4 each left for tomorrow. Will definitely be making SW quiche more often now :D
Also discovered that cottage cheese isn't the vile, lumpy, disgusting stuff I remember....I actually had a few spoons full coz I likes it so much!! Nice to discover something new and FREE that I like :D

Fancied a bit of late night Wii'ing. Thought the Yoga might help me with night time anxiety. Worth a shot eh?! Anyone else noticed that you can't ever do something right with the Wii Fat? It's a sarcastic bugger :p

Week 31!

Didn't get a chance to do this yesterday. Had a lovely afternoon and evening with my friends. Went to the florist to talk about wedding flowers, went to visit one of my fellow bridesmaids, and had a lovely tea back at my friends. I cooked them SW quiche :p My friend opened a bottle of birthday champagne for while I was there and I couldn't refuse, esp as I'd taken over the kitchen to make on-plan food :eek:

ETA: Measured out a big wine glass of water to compare. Probably didn't half quite as much as 300ml, but will syn it as that just to be safe. 4 syns per 100ml :)

Snacks: 1 Alpen light (rest of HexB2) and Hershey's Snackster's (5)

Had two people comment on how healthy my lunch was today!! I never take food in to the vets, but coz Dave was coming in for his boosters I thought I'd make an effort-I wouldn't get to eat till after 3 otherwise!! So I took my Totoro bento box :D It's the cutest thing ever! The sushi took up most of the space, but in the bit left I had pineapple, blueberries, and chopped strawberry. And I had a snack bag of apple and grapes too.
The vet commented on how incredibly healthy it was and I explained about SW (she's lost a lot of weight with either SW or WW) and then when the head nurse came in she saw what I had and said she was impressed at me being so healthy.
Part of me thought "What, coz I'm fat I can't have nice healthy food?!" But the more sensible part of me was impressed :D

Bento!! Before I remembered I had blueberries as well :p
