Can't wait to get it back!! I've been told it should be ok, but I don't wanna pester him coz he's doing me a massive favour Hopefully won't be too long.

Lunch: Tesco chicken sushi (2.5), salad, dressing (0.5), & Pot Noodle in a Mug Chinese chicken.
Tea: Quorn mince, red onion, garlic, spinach, green pepper, courgette, carrot, tinned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes,& sweetcorn.
Tricolour trittole pasta.
Half HexB1 low fat feta and HexB2 low fat cheese
Salad, 1tbsp EL Mayo (0.5) & 1 tbsp dressing (0.5)
Snacks: Alpen light bar (rest of HexB1), strawberries, raspberries, grapes, and an M&S Count On Us toffee yogurt
Drinks: coffee (milk as HexA1) Squash
