Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

I love your bento box :D

I know what you mean about the "fat people can't eat healthy food?" thing :p But then you're not a fat person :D

Hello Kelly!

Revenge is sweet, I've just read your diary all the way through ;)

You are doing really well on SW, and at OU - I don't think I could have the self-discipline to follow distance learning.
I'm intrigued by the skinnymalinx café - it sounds like a wonderful place, shame Liverpool's a bit of a trek from me.

Keep up the good work and all the work you do at home too - good luck with the job-hunting :)

Bit of a weird day today. Have felt really down and irritated all day. Had to go food shopping by myself, which I hate, and get a taxi back. But I did finally get round to giving the chinchilla's and guinea's a proper clean out, which felt good. Doesn't now because my allergies have kicked off, but I'm glad it's done.
Big news of the day tho.... I lost 2lb so have gotten to halfway in my weightloss   :D

Wow that's fab!! Well done, halfway is a great milestone and now you know that you can lose that amount...you know you can do it again!!

I don't know how you always manage to stick to 1 or 2 hôtel chocolat chocolates - I would polish off the lot in seconds ;)

Forgot the other bit of big news! I'm only overweight now too :D Check out the BMI ;)

I think with Hotel Chocolat they're so rich I can only have a few without feeling a bit ill. If you notice tho, I never just have them, I always have something else chocolatey with them :p
Me and Mum are part of their tasting club, so we get a big box every 3 months to share :D

No vets today. Called up and spoke to the head nurse and she said it was deader than dead! No ops, no inpatients, and only about 4 consults booked in, lol. So I asked if it was ok not to go in. She said it was probably for the best :p
Catching up with some interwebbing!

Tried some new stuff on the Wii Fit. Did 3 routines (you do 3 exercises for each routine and it focuses on a certain thing). Also did a couple of new yoga poses and beat my scores on a few things. Happily sweaty and wibbly now, lol.
Beat my goal of losing 4lb as well on there :) Then it told me off for losing weight too quickly... You can't win with the Wii Fit can you?! Lol

Don't like making lots of posts on here in one day, but I think that this deserves it's own. I did Tai Chi on and off for a couple of years about 10 years ago and absolutely loved it, but classes were hard to get to. Been thinking about it a lot lately (and the karate I used to do) and decided to give it a go again. Bought myself a beginners Tai Chi dvd on Amazon and have just tried it for the first time. If I had of been any more relaxed I would have fallen asleep standing up!! BUT I could really feel my muscles working and I did get quite hot.
I watched the introduction and then did the 3 main parts of the dvd and thought it was fantastic. So have done a 16 minute gentle muscle warm up, 20 minute Qi Gong energy routine, and 12 minute Tai Chi routine :D
It is very basic, but really enjoyable, easy to follow, and really is a decent work out. Will be great once I've learned the routines and I can do it without the dvd!!
Better go to bed now before I de-relax :p

Stupid Wii Fit has told me I've put on 5lb's since yesterday. Not sure whether it makes me angry or laugh at how inaccurate it is?! Had a good workout tho. Followed straight away by Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Happily tired and relaxed now :)

Hey!
I'm doing ok thanks. Feeling a little brighter today. I'll put it down to all the exercising, lol.
I bought this dvd: Beginner Tai Chi [DVD]: Amazon.co.uk: Stephen Luff: DVD
It really is a beginners one. Very well explained without waffling on about stuff you wouldn't want to know, very easy to follow, and it really does work :D

Me and my Sister are thinking of going back to classes as we both really enjoyed it. Most of our local ones are aimed at OAP's so we'll have to crash their classes ;)
