Food diary catch-up. Went to see Paramore last night and they were awesome
Went in to town afterwards and had a couple of drinks, which ended up wiping out all my saved syns

Lunch: 1 Weetabix and 1 chocolate Weetabix (

Tea: Pasta and Sauce, 2 Quorn southern fried burgers (
5), mirco veg bag, and
HexA2 low fat cheese.
Snack when I got home. Was well behaved and went syn free instead of pigging out

Activia fat free and grapes.
Tea: Quorn sausages, omelette (2 eggs, red onion, tomatoes, and
HexA2 low fat cheese), bbq beans, and little 'fried' potatoes. 1tbsp of tomato sauce (

Big tea, but I really needed some comfort food.
Snack: 2 Mikado (
1) and 1 Hotel Chocolat choc (
