Have had a brilliant day today :D Took Dave and his new friend to Crosby marina and beach. They've never been before and it was so much fun! Dave was really well behaved and seemed to absolutely love the beach.
We left the house at 1:15 and got home just after 8:15 :eek: I would say maybe 2hrs of that was travelling time on buses and trains. But the rest of the time really was spent walking!
We stopped off on the way home to pick up some burrito's. And I had a Solero from the ice cream man at the beach :D

Lunch: 3 Quorn sausages, half tin of beans, wholemeal toast (HexB1), and a two egg omelette with onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, and low fat cheese (HexA1)
2 mini waffles (2) and tomato sauce (1)

At the beach: A Solero (5)

Tea: Burrito bowl (HexB2 for the oil, HexA2 for cheese, and 3 syns for salsa and sour cream)
SW chips, salad, dressing (0.5), extra light mayo (0.5), and tomato sauce (1)

Treat: Half a Green and Black's easter egg (13.5 going by cals)

Nice not doing much of anything day today! Well, that was the plan. But I did end up showering both dogs, cleaning the pigs & bunnies, putting them in the garden run, and de-poo'ing the garden. But at least I haven't had to leave the house :p

Hoping to get a run in tomorrow afternoon coz I wont get a chance the rest of the week. I'm on lates from Wed-Sun :( Needed to rest my legs today after yesterday's and Thursday's epic walks. My hips and ankles were actually aching when I got in to bed last night. I'm so old LOL :eek:
 
Well I feel crap today :( Been in a horrible mood and feel like I'm in a cloud of gloom. Went out shopping with my Mum for a bit of food stuff. Took Dave for a run, but my heart really wasn't in it and I felt like my arms and legs were being weighed down. We did ok tho.
Just can't shift this mood. I thought I was passed days like this :cry:

Anyway, food. Didn't get my HexA's. That never happens!!

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages, 2 boiled eggs, Spiderman spaghetti, wholemeal toast (HexB1), and half a tbsp each of tomato sauce and mustard (1)

Tea: Morrison's edemame stir fry, bean sprouts, Quorn pieces, and a packet of Chinese rice.
Sauce made with honey (1), ginger, and soy sauce.

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) A Hotel Chocolat choc (3)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet lemonade. Coke Zero. Lucozade Lite. Options (2 with a glug of skimmed milk part of HexA1)

Hope you're feeling more chirpy today hun. Amazing work on the 100% week! All the Bank HOlidays sent me right off track over the past week and a half... time to crack down and refocus, I shall leech some of your discipline :)
 
Tuesday: Met up with my two new-ish friends. They're my ex's friends, who I have now stolen ;) We went to Brew for some nommy tea and for a wander round town. Was lovely and really cheered me up!
Stopped off at Tesco on the way home and the 45min wait for the b*stard bus made me less happy :mad: But I have loads of nommy fruit for work :D

I did take out a yogurt to have as a snack, but have put it back coz I'm so full. I am learning :rolleyes:

Lunch: Pasta and Sauce mac and cheese (2), microwave veggie bag, and low fat cheese (HexA1)

At Brew: Bear Nibbles (HexB1)

Tea: Cyprus jacket potatoes, 2 veggie burgers (1), pesto cottage cheese, low fat cheese (HexA2), salad, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, beetroot, and dressing (0.5)

Snack: 1 Hotel Chocolat choc (3) Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Rooibos vanilla. Rooibos earl grey. Coke Zero.

Wednesday:Feel actually ill today (and not just gloomy) I'm all achey, feel cold, and I'm very sneezy and snotty :jelous: Just feel crap! Have told people at work I feel like I have the plague....it's not quite that bad, but a bit of sympathy would be nice ;)

Today was weird. Busy enough to have been a Monday, but we have very few staff in on a weekend. Think between 8am and 8pm we took over 80 calls....that's just one phone line/one person answering!!
We had some really weird and sad cases too. Just a strange day! Went by quite quickly tho :)

Morning break: Half fruit tub (same as other days) and a Shape Zero.
