Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Hope you like them!! I think I may be slightly addicted to them lol :p
 
Had the evening off yesterday coz it was Mum's birthday. We had a joint birthday and going away night-my Sister left this morning for just over 3 weeks in America!

So yeah, had an SW lunch, but nothing else was even remotely SW friendly :p We had a picnic tea and watched films :)

Tuesday:

Lunch: 2 choc Weetabix (HexB1 + 2), banana, skimmed milk (half HexA1), and a bit of Splenda.
Blueberries, red grapes, and strawberries with a Shape Zero.

Snack: Just grabbed them without even thinking. Haven't done that in a long time! A veggie spring roll and a veggie pakora (4?)

Tea: Quorn 300g chilled cottage pie (3), mash (1 for Flora Light), gravy (3), and a microwave veg bag.

Snack: Bear Nibbles. M&S Eat Smart yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero. Diet lemonade.

Exercise: Maybe about an hour of walking.

Those look yummy! My local asda doesn't seem to do them will try boots tomorrow if not may have to buy some online they sound yummy & that's great that they are a HEB. Are all of the varieties a HEB or just certain ones?

All 3 granola ones are a HexB. They do fruit ones too, but I think they're just syn'd :)

I haven't been able to find them in any supermarket so far. Tried Sainsbury's today too.

If you buy a single pack and like them I really would recommend buying them from their site. Sign up to their newsletters too so you get sent any discount codes ;)
 
Maybe you put on in your bad weeks and have managed to get back to where you were...I've lost and put on the same two pounds twice each in' the last month! X

I'm going to ibiza in three weeks!! I know how you feel Hun, but keep at it!! Maybe change your food around this week...eat some different stuff :) chin up! X

Thanks dude! This week is gonna be a disaster coz of Mum's birthday and we're both off work for the week and we have loads of stuff planned. Thursday is going to be completely off plan, but I'll stick to plan as best I can on the other days.
We're having an afternoon/evening at the cinema tomorrow to see Thor and Hanna. Wondering whether Mum will want birthday Ben and Jerry's. Why do we insist on having week long birthdays?! lol

I HAVE to fit in to my bridesmaid dress. I have to :cry: And it needs to be a little big so I'm comfortable sitting down and wont have horrible lumpy bumpy's when I sit :( :eek:

No idea when I'm gonna be able to fit in a run this week either. Gah!!

You must be really excited about Ibiza?? I'm going away to Tenerife in Oct, so that's another goal to aim for. I have a pair of long denim shorts I've bout to fit in to :D

At least the scales are not going upwards, although I know that's no consolation for all your hard work and 100% weeks. i reckon you probably have lost really but the evening of treating yourself before WI probably gave you an unrealistic STS.
I've got 8 weeks till I go on holiday and am starting to panic. Not that panicking is making me behave myself foodwise ;)
Am feeling focussed though and am aiming to overtake you in the next few weeks... Ha! Challenge???!! :)

Tomorrow we're having another birthday day out. We're spending the day in Leeds. Going somewhere for lunch, then to Tropical World, then for a mooch round the shops, then meeting my friend for tea at Red Hot Buffet :eek:

Ah well.... Will try and run at some point over the weekend if I can! If not will definitely run at least twice next week.

Oh I know what you mean Laws. It kind of takes the edge of the excitement when you're worried about losing weight. But looking at your stats you probably already look amazing and I would be very jealous of you ;)

Of girls that look like they've just stepped out of an airbrushed picture haha! I pit on about a stone in the last 18 months and I just want rid of it :)

YAY for Bears :D They are definitely my favourite SW thing of this year :)

Had a brill, but tiring day in Leeds yday. Wasn't a bad day food wise, considering how bad it could have been!
Breakfast was a low fat yogurt, a little bag of blackberries, raspberries, and grapes, and two Alpen Lights.
Lunch was a halloumi and cous cous salad.
But tea was at Red Hot Buffet. BUT I didn't eat anywhere near as much as I have in the past at buffet places. I mean I definitely had too much food :p But I was just full and didn't go as far as eating till I felt ill or anything :eek: Had some Hotel Chocolat a few hours later when I finally got home...

Today hasn't been bad-lunch and tea were SW friendly, but I took a bag of M&S speckled eggs to the pics with me. Basically to get rid of them so I'm not tempted by them on a 100% week.

Tomorrow and Sunday should be fine food wise.

Had an asthma check with a nurse at the Dr's today and she was typing in the details to update everything and asked if the weight was right....it wasn't and she had to knock off 20kg's :D So that's something at least ;)

Need to definitely be back on the wagon as much as possible next week. Only thing I have planned is a cinema trip and then drinks for a friends birthday, but I can be sensible :)
 
Just realised reading back over that last post. 20kg's is more than Ellie's sack of dog food. Sh*t that is a LOT of weight when you think about it like that. Bloody hell :eek: :eek: :D

Would be very happy with another 7kg's I think...that's like 3 and a bit bags of Davey's food LOL!

Have been thinking about my goal recently and I'm unsure about 10st now. I dunno whether that would be too skinny for me-if that could be possible ;) So I'm thinking of trying my damn hardest to get to 11st and then having a think about how I look and feel at that weight.

Oh yeah, I bought a hoody and a top in Fat Face yday in their sale. The hoody is rather snug and a size 14, but the strappy top in a 14 was too big so had to get the 12 :eek: :flirt2:
 
So yeah, the last two days....meals have been spot on SW. The ridiculous amount of chocolate on the other hand :eek:

BUT! Starting from tomorrow I am gonna go all out with trying to be good-food and exercise wise. I have one thing planned this week which will be off plan (my friends bday, we are going out for food now!), but I wont let it ruin the other days.
From tomorrow I am also going to make an effort to start cutting down my portion sizes, because they really can be too big.
For example, I've made the spicy pasta, Quorn and veg thing for lunch for work. But instead of 3-4 handfuls of pasta I'm having 2, so will just have a bit more salad instead. Wont be taking crisps or anything with me either. Just that main meal and the usual fruit and yogurt.

But yeah, will see how it goes, but I really do need to start pushing myself.
 
Monday:

Breakfast and morning break: 2 Alpen Lights (HexB1), banana, Shape Zero, and half the fruit tub (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, red grapes, and pomegranate)

Lunch: Wholemeal pasta, Quorn pieces & ham, peppers, red onion, sweetcorn, baby plum tomatoes, and mushroom. Feta and low fat cheese (HexA1). Extra light mayo (1) and Reggae Reggae (1)
Salad and dressing (0.5)

Afternoon break: rest of the fruit tub.

Tea:

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero.

Exercise: Work.
Walking to and from bus stops.
 
I had the apple crumble bears this morning! I prefer the to cocoa cherry pie! :)
