Ooooh!! Just realised. Thanks to this weeks loss I am now back in to the 11's (just!) and have no lost 3.5st again :D :bunnydance:

Mum's dragging me off in to town. Well, I need some stuff, but I can still blame her for making me get up early :p
Have fuelled up before I go out, so no need to worry about eating out. Will prob stop at Pret for a coffee at some point and I can get some fruit there if I need to :)

Brunch: 2 Quorn red Leicester sausages (2), scrambled egg (2 eggs with a splash of skimmed milk and some grated cheese HexA1), Madagascar spaghetti, wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Banana.

Tea: Pasta and Sauce mac&cheese (2 + HexA2 for cheese and milk), 2 Quorn southern strips (3), 1 Quorn Sizzling burger (1), salad, and dressing (0.5)

Treat: Maltesers (9.5)
Half king size bag of mini Reeces Cups-sister got me them from America. They say they're 360cals per bag, so 9 syns for half??

Drinks: Coffee. Fanta Zero. Diet Coke.

Got a nice pair of knee length denim shorts yesterday in the sale for £10. They're ripped and have patches on them. They're a size 14 and just a teeny bit tight, so happy with that :D And they went well with the super emo Iron Fist t-shirt I was wearing lol.

Schuh didn't have the shoes I wanted :( So ordered these when I got home last night: Women's Black & Pink Iron Fist Sugar Witch Flat at Schuh To wear on the Hen night with that top I bought the other day :D

The plan for this week is to keep my meals very low or syn free and save up as many syns as possible for my friends Hen Night on Saturday. Then I can hopefully enjoy without too much guilt and too much damage!

Monday:

Breakfast and first break: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), banana, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)
Half fruit tub (grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cherries), and an M&S yogurt.

Lunch: Wild and white rice with red onion, peppers, sweetcorn, tomatoes, Quorn pieces, and Quorn ham cooked in 2 types of Tabasco :D
Salad, pea shoots, and dressing (0.5)

Afternoon break: Rest of the fruit.

Tea: Pasta and Sauce macaroni cheese ( bit of milk used rest of HexA1 + 2), 2 Quorn sizzling burgers (2), low fat cheese (HexA2), and a microwave bag of veg.

Snack: Toffee yogurt and Bears (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Irn Bru. Squash. Rooibos, strawberry, and vanilla tea.

Have made a smaller portion of rice for lunch today (only by about 15g dried) but given myself more salad :) Have tried something a bit different with the rice today too. I WILL like mushrooms lol :p

Lunch: Wild and white rice 'fried' with teeny bits of mushroom and jalapeños,with red onion, peppers, sweetcorn, tomatoes, Quorn pieces, and Quorn ham cooked in 2 types of Tabasco :D

Afternoon break: Rest of the fruit. Not the grapes though, they were horrible :(

Tea: Big jacket spud with low fat cheese (HexA1) and cottage cheese.

Got weighed today....2 days early, but I wasn't sure if I would get another chance this week and I was in the shopping centre. I've lost another 1lb :D :flirt2:
It's odd though because I 'feel' like I've put on weight and my midriff seems to be worse than ever. Obv just me being silly. But it's very odd!!

Been a bit lazy with food again today. Was gonna do a big pasta bake thing. But the hairdresser came round, then Mum died my hair, I had to wash it out/have a shower, then decided to straighten it, and just run out of time lol.

Finally had a really good sleep and a proper lie-in :D
Had a brill afternoon and watched White Noise The Light-purely for Nathan Fillion. Actually had some scary bits in-which was a surprise lol.

Also finally got round to making the ratatouille/veg filled pasta sauce. Having it for tea when I'm hungry.
Its got Quorn mince, red onion, garlic, aubergine, courgette, broccoli, sweetcorn, spinach, peppers, and a carton of tomatoes in :)

Doing pretty well saving syns for my friends hen party at the weekend! I know it prob wont cover it all, but I feel better knowing I've at least worked hard to have the evening off :eek:

Lunch: 3 Quorn sausages, spaghetti hoops, a 'fried' egg, and wholemeal toast (HexB1)
Tomato sauce and mustard (1)

Tea: Ratatouille with fettucini. Feta (HexA1) and low fat cheese (HexA2)

Thought I had better do some exercise today. Walked both doggies :)

Made chilli for me and Mum tonight and had enough to put two portions in the freezer too :D
It was Quorn mince, garlic, red onion, kidney beans, refried beans, peppers, sweetcorn, mushrooms, vine tomatoes, and a carton of tomatoes. Two types of Tabasco and different herbs/spices.

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages, a 2 egg omelette with tomatoes, mushroom, red onion, low fat cheese (and a splash of milk HexA1), half tin of beans, little crispy potatoes, and wholemeal toast (HexB1).
Tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Portion of home made chilli with golden Savoury Rice, salad, pea shoots, and dressing (0.5)

Snack: 15g Green and Black's milk chocolate (4) and a Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Lots and lots of squash.

Exercise: 40min walk with Dave.

Had a really good night last night at my friends hen party! She seemed to really like how me, Mum, and my sister did the decorations. And she liked all the gifts and stuff.
She got me a little bridesmaid badge :D

The meal was lovely, but I didn't get anywhere near finishing my main! And I was very glad the dessert was quite small. Lovely though :D

Got our feet and hands nibbled by fish and then had foot and hand massages.

And then we went out for drinks. A bit later on I met up with another friend and we went to our usual club :)

Saturday:
Lunch: 2 chocolate Weetabix (HexB1 + 2), raisins (2), banana, Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Which leaves me with 59 syns to put towards tonight!! Think I should be ok with that. Hopefully!! Or it will at least help soften the blow ;)

Meal out:
Main meal: Vegetable Mezze Board Chilli Tempura Vegetables, Tzatziki, Houmous, Halloumi and Mixed Pepper Skewers, Toasted Ciabatta with Amber Chilli Sauce, Tahini & Herb Aioli. (Didn't eat the houmous or tahini and didn't finish the tempura veg either! HexA2 for the halloumi)
Dessert: Small mocha cheesecake.



Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Half a bottle of red wine. 3 measures of Johnnie Walker. A Sol. 4 measures of Jack Daniels. And some fizzy wine/fake champagne.

Another new week. And I'm gonna count last week as a 100% week considering I worked really hard to save syns for Saturday ;)

Not sure if I'll get the chance to get weighed this week coz I'm working Wed-Fri until 5:30 so Boots will be closed by the time my bus gets to the shopping centre. Hopefully next week will show a decent loss :p

Trying to not eat the same things every day (I'm terrible for having an English veggie breakfast for lunch!!) so trying my best to mix it up a bit. Think I did ok today :)

Monday:

Tea: Half of this- tin of chickpea dahl, red onion, garlic, new potatoes, Quorn pieces, 28g box of raisins (1 syn per serving)and spinach. Various spices and stuff.
With mild curry Savoury Rice.

Drinks: Lots of squash. Coffee.

Back to work today. But a nice half day/afternoon to ease me in :D
Was in theatre prep again today and it was really busy. one of those days were you just start doing something and someone needs you to restrain a dog, run blood tests, raise a vein, get something from the store room, clean something up, etc... My 'regular' prep jobs seemed to take a million times longer than usual :rolleyes: We've all been warned that tomorrow will be horrible coz we'll be really short of staff. The joy!

On the plus side I got the half day off I needed to go with my friend for her final dress fitting :D AND I have over 30hrs of lieu to use up so it's coming out of that and not my holiday allowance. Get in ;)

Also weighed myself and I REALLY hope the scales were right ;) Might get weighed on Saturday on the way in to town, if not it will be next Mon or Tues.

Food....
