Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Thursday:
Busy, busy, busy day today. Was really tired but determined to go out for a run this evening. And I did :D It's amazing how quickly you become un-fit again!! Then walked Ellie straight after....then cleaned and fed the garage animals lol!

Breakfast and first break: 2 Alpens (HexB1). Banana. Activia.
Fruit-strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pomegranate, and raspberries.

Lunch: Quorn pieces & ham, red onion, peppers, tomatoes, sweetcorn, chestnut mushrooms, and courgette cooked in Reggae Reggae (1) and Chipotle Tabasco :D With wholemeal pasta, salad, pea shoots, feta (nearly all my HexA1), and dressing (0.5)

Afternoon break: More of the fruit.

Tea: A GIANT jacket sweet potato, portion of chilli from the freezer with some Jalapeños added and low fat cheese (HexA2). Salad, pea shoots, and dressing (0.5) Cottage cheese.

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2) Caramel Freddo (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero. Squash. Options (a glug of skimmed milk to try and make up HexA1 + 2)

Friday: Switching to a late today, so not in till 11:30. Yay! But means I don't finish till 8. Boooo!

The girl who's been off sick (diagnosed with cancer :() for a while came in for a visit today and so we could give her her surprise. People ordered in Domino's and a few people made cakes too. I didn't have any!!! :innocent0002: I felt a bit crap not joining in, but feel quite proud that I managed not to cave in to anything :)

Breakfast and first break: 2 Chocolate Weetabix (HexB1 + 2), raisins (2), banana, Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Saturday: Well I didn't have to go in to work in the end. Yay! Can put off a night shift for a bit longer ;)

Spent the afternoon and evening in town with Mum. Met up with my two friends too.
Went for tea in Wagamama's and caved in and got frozen yogurt. Not a clue how to syn it. Was thinking maybe 10syns? It was two scoops of chocolate and one passion fruit. It did say it was low fat :whistle:

Really crap day for food really because we ended up going for lunch after 7pm :confused:
But anyway...

Breakfasty/lunch type thing: A few spoonfuls of fruit (the ones I take to work) and an Activia.

Snack in Starbucks: A banana.

A very late lunch/tea at Wagamama's: Yasai cha han (4 for the tofu, 1 for the miso soup, and HexB1 for the oil)
And three scoops of low fat frozen yogurt (10?)

Snack to make up for rubbish eating: 1 Quorn Sizzling burger (1) and low fat cheese (HexA2) on wholemeal bread (HexB2) with tomato sauce & mustard (1)
French Fries (4)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Small Caramel Frappucino Light at Starbucks (HexA1 + 4)

Sunday: Have felt a bit meh today and haven't really felt like doing much.
Just did some Wii Fit to help me feel a bit better :) Yup, at 11pm! lol

Lunch: 2 Quorn red Leicester sausages (2), half tin of beans, wholemeal toast (HexB1), little potatoes, and a 2 egg omelette with onion, tomatoes, mushroom, orange pepper, and low fat cheese (& a splash of milk HexA1)
Tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Mini strawberry Twister (2)

Tea: 2 Tesco burgers (1), mash, new potato roasties, sprouts, carrots, and peas.
4tsp of low salt gravy (4) 2 tbsp of hot horseradish (30kcal 1.5 syns)

Snacks over the evening: 1 mini meringue (1)
Fibre Plus (HexB2)
Funsize Maltesers (5) And a Double Decker (14)

Drinks: Coffee. Lots of squash. Options (2)

Exercise: Almost an hour cleaning out the bunny and pig hutches and runs. And tidying up the garage a bit.

A new week!!! And another 100% week done :D
Should be going for a run with my sister and Dave a bit later. My legs have only just stopped hurting from my run last week lol. Need to get back in to it!!
Hoping the yoga and other exercises on the Wii Fit will help with inch loss/toning.

Monday:

Lunch: Tomato and herb Pasta & Sauce, 1 Sizzling Burger (1), low fat cheese (HexA1), red & orange peppers, salad, and dressing (0.5)

Tea: 2 Southern Fried Quorn burgers (5) on wholemeal bread (HexB1), low fat Supernoodles, and low fat cheese (HexA2).
Tomato sauce, mustard, and salad dressing (1.5)

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) and a toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee. Lots of squash. Options (2)

Tuesday: Last proper day off work! Gotta go to the vets to pick up Ellie's written prescription, then take it to the chemist, and then go meet Mum after work at the shops to get food stuff for work.
Maybe I should have done all that yesterday so I could have a quiet day today?! lol. Ah well, never mind....

ETA: Got asked to help with a dog caesarian when I went to the vets lol! Was not expecting that today :p Was cool to help out and I've missed them all so much. And I really miss being in theatre!! Hopefully when I get trained to monitor anaesthetics at work I'll get more theatre time.

Tea: Portion of syn free Quorn mince and veggie packed pasta sauce from the freezer. Wholemeal spaghetti. Low fat cheese (prob enough to cover HexA2 and a bit more of HexA1). Salad, beetroot, and dressing (0.5)

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2) Kit kat (5.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Coke Zero. Options (2)

Put Thursday in then without realising I hadn't done todays!

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), half tin of beans, 2 scrambled eggs (splash of milk towards HexA1), little potatoes, wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

On the bus home: Asda kids pineapple pack.

At home: Grapes and Quorn ham while cooking.

Tea: Pasta and Sauce Mac & cheese (2 + half HexA1), 6 Quorn nuggets (3), microwave veg bag, sweetcorn, and low fat cheese (rest of HexA1 + HexA2)

Snack: 2 Alpen Lights (double choc and chocolate & fudge HexB2) and a toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Squash. Options (2)

Exercise: 4hrs at work.
Walking to and from bus stops and arround the dreaded Asda.

Thursday: Got moved from prep in to kennels this afternoon and it always feels like a workout when I'm on there. It's probably the most physical section you can be on really. Esp having to clean the likes of the walk-in kennels.
So I'm knackered now.
Think I need a exercise and stress free night and an early-ish bed time. On a late tomorrow and then lates all weekend so think I need to preserve some energy tonight lol.

Tea: 2 Quorn Southern Fried burgers (5), low fat Supernoodles, low fat cheese (HexA2) sweetcorn, beetroot, salad, and dressing (0.5)

Tea: Portion of chickpea curry from the freezer (1 for raisins). Packet of mild curry rice with added peas and sweetcorn.

Made a big veg packed quiche for lunches this weekend :D Its got onion, baby sweetcorn, courgette, peppers, broccoli, fine beans, and tomatoes in. As well as Quorn beef slices, feta, and low fat cheese. NOM!
