Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Got weighed today and I'm 77.3kg now. So I've lost 0.7kg/will call it 1lb :) Which means 1kg/2lb left to go to 12st again!! And will also get my 3.5st shiny back :D

Thursday: Had a really good day today. Driving lesson went really well and I had lots of fun. Had a brilliant karate training session too. The class itself was really good and Sensei Kev gave me some one on one training once the kids had gone. I'm a bit ouchy now, but rather :D Lol.

Lunch: Porridge (HexB1), raisins (2), banana, Splenda, and skimmed mlik (half HexA1)
Small bowl of blackberries and red grapes. Shape (0.5)

Snack: A pear.

A very late tea: Super cheesy beans (HexA2 for cheese), 3 Quorn sausages (3), a 'fried' egg, and wholemeal toast (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Squash. Lucozade Lite.

Syns used: 5.5
Syns left: 34

Exercise: Around 40mins of walking to and from bus stops/leisure centre. And around 1.5hrs karate training. I can already tell that stairs will be an issue tomorrow :p
 
Friday: Had a really good day. Original night out plans were scuppered :( But ended up with some friends for a drink and then an Indian :)

Lunch: 2 jacket spuds, 2 burgers (1), beans, cheese (HexA1), sauce (1)

Snack: 1 Alpen Light (half HexB1)

Tea: Veggie dhansak, fruity rice, saag paneer (using HexA2 for the cheese), and a fruity naan. I didn't finish all the rice and curry ;) (rest of Hexb's for oil)

Drinks: Jack Daniels, diet coke, coffee, pink wine, and lemonade.

Syns: Might not be enough but using all of todays syns plus 24 from my saved syns towards food and drink- so 37 syns for today.

Exercise: Prob almost 2hrs of walking yday.
 
Saturday: Did very well and didn't buy ANY food in Costa this morning!!! :innocent0002: Waited till I got home from my friends to eat.

Tea: Wholemeal spaghetti, Quorn 'meatballs', tomatoes, onion, peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn, and spinach. Salad and dressing (1) Low fat cheese (HexA2) And 2 mini Indian bites and a mini WW doughball (gonna say 2 each, so 6)

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) Shape (0.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Pear Drops squash :eek: :D

Exercise: Around 45mins walking
40min stroll with Mum & the dogs.

Sunday: Had a nice day in town today with Mum. Went with her coz she wanted to spend her birthday vouchers. She got absolutely nothing and I got a cute t-shirt (a size 12!!), a very cute vest (size 14 coz a bit clingy), and a really nice bra (34DD. Can't believe I was a 42D way back when) Sales are awesome!!
Had a nice food day. Had 25syns for the day and I hopefully didn't go over. Treated myself a bit :)

Brunch: Veggie breakfast at The Egg. Syns would be for Linda McCartney sausages, tbsp of sauce, and whatever spread they use on their toast-estimate 7 syns. Both HexB's for a slice of very thick mostly wholemeal toast ;)

At Cafe Nero: A Frappe latte made with skimmed milk (HexA1) and sugar free syrup. No idea if there are any syns for these, think I saw them put a scoop of some sort of 'thickener' in? And a slice of chocolate crunch (Kcals suggest around 15syns)

Tea: Lazy bolognaise: Onion, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn, and Quorn mince mixed in to a tomato Pasta N Sauce :) Salad and dressing (0.5) Low fat cheese (HexA2)

Snack: A peach.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Squash.

All syns used I imagine-but estimate 22.5

Exercise: Plenty of walking :)
About 20mins practicing karate stuff.

Start of a new week :) Hopefully will be a proper 100% week this week coz I'm in work Wed-Sun so wont be doing anything sociable lol. And I don't need to save crazy amounts of syns either, so can have a nice, normal food week.
Kicked off the week with a study afternoon. Have read 3 lectures from my work course and I'm just gonna do another section of driving theory. Will do another bit of both when my Mum and Sister bugger off to bed ;)
Ordered another replacement provisional licence today (another 20 quid) coz I just can't find the paper bit anywhere :( So stupid!

Anyway, food:

Lunch: Porridge (HexB1), banana, Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1) Ran out of raisins :(
small bowl of chopped peach and strawberries with a Shape (0.5)

Tea: 2 Quorn Sizzling burgers (2) topped with low fat cheese (HexA2), and 'fried' onion, peppers, and jalapeños. With SW chips, sweetcorn, cucumber, tomatoes, and salad. (2) for mayo/sauce/mustard/dressing. :drool: Was soooo good!

Snacks: Half a tub of Yoo Moo (3.5)
Bear Nibbles (HexB2) Shape (0.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Coke.

Syns used: 8.5
Syns left: 6.5

Exercise: Nothing today.

Sounds like a good Sunday nothing like some nice small clothes shopping and sunshine to put a spring in your step lol! :-D x
 
Tuesday: Went for coffee and food shopping with Mum today. And Walked the doggies once it had gotten a bit cooler. We stuck to the shade tho. I'm sure I'm part vampire :p

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), cheesy scrambled eggs (Half HexA1 for milk & cheese), wholemeal toast (HexB1), and sauce (1)

Snack: handful of grapes.

Tea: Mac & cheese (2 + rest of HexA1 for milk), Quorn steak, salad, cress, cucumber, sweetcorn, dressing (1), and low fat cheese (Half HexA2)

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) Shape (0.5)
Mini Malteser Bunny (3)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Iced Cappuccino at Costa (rest of HexA2 for skimmed milk)

Exercise: About 20mins walking to and from the bus. And however long trudging round Tesco ;)

Wednesday: Back to work today. Should be going to see Men in Black 3 later tho :)

At the cinema: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) Shape (0.5)

Tea: Jacket spud, half tin of spaghetti, 6 Quorn nuggets (3), sauce (1)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Coke.

Syns used: 7.5

Exercise: Walking to and from bus stops and 4hrs at work.
40-ish minute slow walk back from the cinema.

So exhausted!! Barely slept last night and work knackered me. So glad my friend couldn't go to training tonight, I might have died :p

The whole 'not saving too many syns this week' isn't going well at all! Why is it when I try to save syns or even cut my syns down to 10 a day I really struggle?! But can easily over-save syns without even trying?!! :rolleyes: But yay, might have some chocolate :p
 
Oh balls!!! Just checked my book and I've been counting my portion of raisins wrong FOREVER!!!! It's 4 syns for 28g not 2 :eek: :eek: Only checked coz I've bought some kids (24g) bags of mixed dried fruit and thought the kcal's were quite hight, but nope, it's me who's been wrong the entire time I've been doing SW :rolleyes: Oh well, now I know....bloody eejit!!

Breakfast: Weetabix (HexB1), 1/2 small pack dried fruit (2), banana, Splenda, skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Morning break: Half fruit tub- red grapes, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Activia ff.

Lunch: Spring onions, 3 colours of peppers, sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes, Quorn steak strips, Reggae Reggae (1), Chipotle Tabasco and spices. With Mexican rice, spicy potatoes, salad and dressing (0.5) Bbq salsa (2) Red pepper cottage cheese.
Rest of the fruit.

Afternoon break: A peach

Tea: Home made crustless quiche!! 2 eggs, pot of cottage cheese, red onion, 4 diff coloured peppers, courgette, plum cherry tomatoes, Quorn ham, feta, and low fat cheese. Each quarter is 1 HexA for the cheeses :)
Had 1 quarter for tea (HexA2) with home made potato salad (0.5 for mayo), heaped tbsp of low cal coleslaw (3), salad, and dressing (0.5)

Snack: 2 Alpen Lights (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Squash. Options (2) 25ml Jack Daniels (3) Diet Ginger Ale.

Syns used: 14.5

Ignore my last panicked post. The raisins I were having were small kids boxes and were 14g, not the full 28g. So THAT'S why I was counting them as 2 :rolleyes: Such a wally!! Just had half a bag today coz I realised just how much 28g of dried fruit is :p
 
Saturday: Working 9:30-8 today. Really hoping everyone is too busy with days out and bbq's to pester us with silly non-emergency stuff!! Could do without people having a case of the stupid this week!

Tea: 3 Quorn sausages (3), cheesy scrambled egg (rest of HexA1 for milk & cheese), half a tin of beans, wholemeal toast (HexB2), and sauce (1)

Snack: Peanut M&M's (11.5) Teeny Llindt Bunny (gonna say the same as a Mini Malteser Bunny 3)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Squash.
