Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Sunday: 9:30-8 at work again. If it's as mental as Saturday I might cry! It wasn't as mental, but totally relentless. And really quite sad at times. Had quite a few teary moments :( I love my job but it is super stressful and really sad at times.

Breakfast: Porridge (HexB1), 1/2 small pack dried fruit (2), banana, Splenda, skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Morning break: Half fruit tub- red grapes, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Activia ff.

Lunch: 3 new potato jackets, portion of chilli from the freezer, salad, and low fat cheese (rest of HexA1) Red pepper cottage cheese, bbq salsa (2.5), and dressing (1.5)

Break: Rest of the fruit.

Tea: 6 Quorn nuggets (3), low fat Supernoodles, wholemeal bread (HexB2), low fat cheese and feta (HexA2), and salad. Salad dressings, mustard, and sauce (1.5)

Treat: 2 Caramel Bunnies (10) Funsize Maltesers (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero.

Got the day off today. Had a lie-in, veggie brunch, and watched some Buffy. Off out with the dogs and my friends in a bit. We're gonna walk Ellie and Lulu (friends dog) round the local park and then we're taking Dave and Lulu to Crosby marina/beach. Got my wellies at the ready lol!

Food:

Brunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), mushroom & cheesy scrambled egg (Half HexA1 for milk & cheese), half tin of spaghetti, crispy herby potatoes, wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

At the beach: A Twister (4.5)

Tea: Quorn 'meatballs', tomatoes, onion, peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn, and spinach. Salad and dressing (1) Low fat cheese (Half HexB2) Fettucini.

Snack: 1 Alpen Light (rest of HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero. Squash. Diet Lemonade.

Lunch: Wholemeal pasta. Quorn pieces and ham, spring onion, peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, cherry plum tomatoes, feta (rest of HexA1), and salad. Dressing and mayo (1.5)
Rest of the fruit.

Break: Fruit pack of melon.

Tea: SW chips, Quorn nuggets (3), beans, low fat cheese (HexA2), and sauce (1)

Snack: 2 Alpen's (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Ginger Beer. Diet lemo.

Wednesday: No Prometheus for me :( Meh! Mum wasn't well enough to go and my friend couldn't make it :sigh:

Lunch: 3 new potato jackets, 2 veggie burgers (realised these are 1 syn each, not half! So 2), half a tin of spaghetti hoops, and low fat cheese (half HexA1)

Tea: Quorn steak, mac & cheese (2 + rest of HexA1 for milk), carrots, peas, sweetcorn, broccoli, low fat cheese (HexB1), and dressing (1)

Snack: 3 slices of water melon.
2 Alpen's (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Lemo. Diet Ginger Beer. Options (2)

Syns used: 8
Syns left: 21

Exercise: 35mins walk with Ellie.
And a very soggy 35min walk with Dave.
I always walk the dogs one after the other, so it's really a straight amount of walking :)

Got some great bargains in Morrison's today. Got two bags of jazz apples and two punnets of nectarines for 19p each! And only one scabby nectarine, everything else is perfect, so I can share with the animals :p Got a 19p bag of sage for the bunnies to try too. And a MASSIVE slice of water melon for £1.50 to share with Mum. Been craving melon reading a friends SW diary :p

Thursday: No karate training today coz my shoulder's really sore and giving me chest pains and I'm absolutely exhausted! Going to my friend's to make tea instead and watch funny stuff :p

I'm having a crazy, hungry day today! Can't stop eating!!!

Lunch: Porridge (HexB1), raisins & sultanas (2), banana, Splenda, and skimmed milk (Half HexA1)

Snack: Nectarine. Apple. 2 slices of Quorn ham.

Tea: Super veggie tea!!!! Quorn meatballs, chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, peppers, courgette, sweetcorn, spinach, sugar snap pees, and mushrooms. Pasta. Low fat cheese (rest HexA1) Salad. Dressing (0.5)

Snack: 2 Alpen's (HexB2) Activia ff and raisins & saltanas (2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Ginger Beer. Coke Zero. Options (2)

Syns used: 6.5

Just had my fiery red-highlights re-done and a few new ones put in to the top layers :D My hair habit is getting expensive!!! But I don't clothes shop very often, don't drink much, don't smoke, don't have a car....think I can spend a bit on having awesome hair :p
 
Friday: Was hoping to do some dog walking today but the weather is definitely against me. Will do some course work today! Hopefully going out with friends and their doggy tomorrow, so will get some walking done then :)
Today has turned in to a veggie Extra Easy day! can't fit in any more Healthy Extra's :p

Snack: Funsize caramel (4) and Mini malteser Bunny (3)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Lemonade. Diet Orangeade.

Exercise: Absolutely nothing. Did a few hours of coursework which put me in a bad mood :p Furthest I've been today is to the garage to feed the bunnies! :eek:

I've got a slightly darker purple to put over mine today, will keep some of my lighter purple bits as highlights and just dye the rest I think.

Hehe I don't really do hair photo's, they never come out properly :( But I have dark brown in the under layers with a few red hilghlights, and a deep red on top with dark brown lowlights and the bright red highlights randomly placed. She does a good job my hair dresser :D
She text me last night to see if I liked the new bits and then told me off when I said I only had 3 colours 'so far' :p

I like the sound of yours!! Only problem with the colours we have is that they need a decent amount of maintenance :( I'm lucky that my hair likes the dye and that I only need a full colour every 2 months. But the new bright red highlights have only lasted a month, which is why I asked her to come round to 'cheer' them up for me :) Didn't know I was going to get new ones too :p
 
I'm naughty and do my own, I normally just use SFX every 6 weeks or so but every 6 months I need to use a harsher dye in order to 'break' my hair enough for it to hold the colour properly. I don't bleach my hair as it's too fine and breaks too often so this is the compromise I've come to. Plus my hair is waist length now and hairdresser's are always trying to cut it off! *shudder*

My hair's been purple since I was 15 though which is cough splutter cough years ago. My hair's been purple for longer than it hasn't..hehe.
 
Lol! I know what you mean, mine is getting close to being coloured longer than not. I couldn't afford to go to a salon or anything and used to dye my hair at home. But Mum's work friend is a newly qualified mobile hairdresser and she's been cutting my hair for over a year now. Took the plunge with dying it coz I wouldn't something more than an all over colour and I'm so happy with it!! Only costs me £25-£30 for 2 colours plus 2 diff coloured foils, cut, wash, and style :) gawd knows how much that would be in a salon!!! And when she did my highlights yday she only charged me £10 :) Still a fair bit of money, but like I said in previous post I don't treat myself v often to nice stuff.x
