Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Saturday. I appear to have doubled my age over night because I'm going for breakfast at a garden centre with my Mum and friends :confused: Not sure what veggie options there'll be, but I'll give it a go. Will syn some oil ;)

Breakfast at Dobbie's: Scrambled egg (half HexA1 for any milk used), beans, tomato, mushrooms :)jelous:), hash brown (2), and wholemeal toast (HexB1 + 2), tomato sauce (1). Nothing was oily and I had no sausages or anything so don't think I need to count oil. Didn't put butter/spread on my toast either :innocent0002:

BIG treat: A big piece of chocolate cake (like chocolate Victoria Sponge) and a few little spoonfuls of WW custard. Might not cover it, or it might, but will donate 25syns to this big treat :D

Tea: Curry!! Quorn steak strips, 3 colours of peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, sweetcorn, mushrooms, chickpea dahl and spices. (Got enough to freeze a portion) Had it with brown rice, cottage cheese, spicy potatoes, and wholemeal bread (HexB2)

Snack: Melon, cherries, and strawberries.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Lemonade. Diet Orangeade.

Exercise:
An hour or so wandering 'round the garden centre.
Quick 10mins walk with Ellie to settle her a bit before I took Dave out.

Have had a brill day! Went to Dobbie's garden centre for the first time with my Mum and my friends and it was really cool!! They have a food hall and an aquarium section as well as the usual garden stuffs. I'm not much of a gardener, just cut things down when they get too big and I can tell if a flower's pretty Hp More of a tree person! But really enjoyed it.
We bought a big cake there and came home for coffee and cake. I walked Ellie quickly to chill her out and then we took Davey to go pick up my friends dog and we headed to Otterspool Prom and did a really nice, looong walk.
Got home and speed walked Ellie for 20mins lol. We're all knackered now and I'm starving! But excellent day :D
 
Sunday: Spent the day at home today. Watched some Buffy, cleaned the garden, and did proper big cleans on the bunnies houses :)

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, cheesy scrambled eggs (half HexA1 for milk & cheese), wholemeal bread from an uncut loaf (HexB1&2), and tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Low at Supernoodles, 6 Quorn nuggets (3), peas, carrots, green beans, ranch dressing (1), sweetcorn relish (1), and low fat cheese (rest of HexA1)

Chocolate feast! Not all in one go ;) Maltesers (9.5) Funsize caramel (4) 2 Hotel Chocolat chocs (6) And half a HC baton (2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Orangeade.

Monday: In work 9-5:30 Was in kennels today-definitely the toughest section! Mentally and physically!! Bloody knackered :p

And :eek: we have no onions in! Who runs out of onion?!

Breakfast: Weetabix (HexB1) with dried fruit (2), Splenda, banana, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Break: Tropical fruit salad-pineapple, kiwi, and red grapes. Activia ff.

Lunch: Quorn pieces cooked in Chipotle Tabasco, red & orange peppers, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, cucumber, grated carrot, grated cheese (rest of HexA1) and extra light mayo (0.5) Wholemeal pasta, salad, and dressing (0.5)

Break: Nectarine.

Tea: Chilli. Quorn mince, garlic, peppers, sweetcorn, mushrooms, courgette, refried beans, red jalapeños, and tomatoes with Tabasco's and seasoning. 2 med new potato jackets, cottage cheese, low fat cheese (HexA2), salad, dressing (1), and sweetcorn relish (1)

Snack: 2 slices of watermelon. 2 Alpen Lights (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero. Squash. Options (2)

Tuesday: Off work today. Which is lucky coz it's the 'open day' and I couldn't be arsed with that :p
Had a Dr's app this afternoon to try and sort me out with new painkillers coz I hate codeine. Got strong anti-inflammatories, they're like Diclofenac but don't have the nasty side effects. Asked for stomach protectors anyway tho just to be safe :)
Only got 5mins down the road and one of the ladies who works in the local chemist stopped to ask if I wanted a lift-score!! Cut my 'body magic' time and made me very early, but still, couldn't say no could I?! ;)

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, cheesy scrambled eggs (half HexA1 for milk & cheese), wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Bolognaise type thing: Quorn mince, mushrooms, red & orange peppers, courgette, broccoli, carrot, sweetcorn, spinach, tomatoes, and herbs. Wholemeal pasta, low fat cheese (HexA2), extra light mayo (0.5), and sweetcorn relish (1)

Snack: 2 Alpen Lights (HexB2) 1 Hotel Chocolat choc (3)

Wednesday: Was on an early half day at work today 8-12. A bugger to get up for but worth the early home time! Hopefully, finally, going to see Prometheus in a bit :D
Been a bit naughty with Hex's today I think. Prob not technically 'legal' but the best I can do for today.

Breakfast: Porridge (HexB1) with dried fruit (2), Splenda, banana, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Break: Tropical fruit salad-pineapple, kiwi, and red grapes. Activia ff.

Lunch: Sweet jacket potato, tin of spaghetti, 2 veggie burgers (2), and low fat cheese (HexA2)

At the cinema: Maltesers (9.5)

Tea: Tomato Pasta & Sauce with Quorn pieces, peas, sweetcorn, carrots, and low fat cheese (rest of HexA1 and half HexB2) Dressing (1)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet coke.

I made a big pan of ratatouille this afternoon. Yay for 50p aubergines at Asda :p

Today has turned in to another veggie EE day :) Too late to eat anything else coz I need to go to bed, back in work tomorrow.

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, cheesy scrambled eggs (half HexA1 for milk & cheese), wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Apple and a banana.

Tea: Ratatouille- tomatoes, red onion, peppers, mushroom, sweetcorn, green beans, courgette, and aubergine. Had it with Quorn pieces, fettucini, low fat cheese (rest of HexA2), and ranch dressing (1)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash.

Hey all! I can't be arsed filling in the rest of yday's food diary. I accidentally went over by 2 syns :eek: I miscounted and also didn't really care :p

Work itself was ok. But I got bitten by a cat. My first ever cat bite :( 2 puncture wounds and a couple of scrapes from teeth on my left thumb and a horrible scratch on my arm. Have been to the Dr's this morning and have started a course of antibiotics (the same we use at work lol!) and had a tetanus (and diptheria and polio :p) It's very sore and my hand and wrist really hurts. But I'll survive. It could have been much worse! But still :(
 
Monday:

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, cheesy scrambled eggs with a bit of chopped up Quorn ham (only had 1 egg lol. Half HexA1 for milk & cheese), wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Chickpea dahl with Quorn steak strips, red onion, garlic, peppers, mushroom, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, peas, spinach, and raisins (1). With wholegrain rice, SW chips, and cottage cheese.
I made 2 portions worth of curry :) One for work at the weekend lol.

Porridge (HexB2), Splenda, skimmed milk (rest of HexA1), and banana.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Ginger Ale. Squash.

Your food's looking ace! Glad you liked the mango and pink peppercorn dressing. Rubbish news about your hand, I hope you're ok! I suppose everyone who works in animal care has a war story (*cough* extremely smooth Firefly reference *cough*) so it probably makes you one of the gang now :) xx

Thanks dude!! It's icky now with stuff coming out. At least it's draining out I suppose! And aye, suppose I do have a war story now ;) Would prefer to not have, but hey :p
Starting to feel a bit bluerg and wibbly now. Dunno if it's the infection, the vaccination, the antibiotics, or all of the above!! Can't wait to have a lie in tomorrow :D
 
Forgot to say. I had a small gain this week :( Not changing my ticker or anything and will cross fingers for this weekend. Think, and I know this is tmi, it's coz I've been a bit constipated :eek: Plus my muscles were all achey and stuff and I NEVER get a loss when I up my exercise lol. Lets see what happens this week.xx
 
I've had a small gain this week too, but I know it's because of PMT-induced water retention so I'm not changing my ticker, it'd be too painful to take away my 1 stone sticky again! I'm sure we'll both have good losses next week :) Your hand sounds so painful! Hopefully you'll feel better after a sleep xx
 
Hope you feel better- lots of antibiotics can cause constipation so that's very likely the cause! X
