Looks like I've lost 0.5 of a kg. Just updating the ticker until I lose a bit more. Don't do half lbs ;) And the conversion is saying I'm on 11st 11.5 lol! So it can wait till, hopefully, next week!
Fingers crossed eh?

I have a day out planned on Thursday-meeting a friend in Leeds. But I'm gonna take fruit & yogurt for breakfast on the coach. A packed lunch for Tropical World. And then we're having dinner out. But seen as my friend's vegan it will hopefully be somewhere healthy ;) Pretty motivated at the moment, so don't want to use a day out as an excuse!!

Will go 10 syns a day next week (weekdays only) and try and fit in at least 2 EE days too. And exercise!!!! lol

Just worked out how many calories I'll have 'saved' by changing things up a bit this week!

Saved from Hex's, by having two EE days: 480
Saved from lower syn allowance of 10 on a week day: 500

980 cals saved in all. Almost 1000 calories must, MUST make a difference?! Surely?! lol. Fingers crossed :)

That's why I am really enjoying the change to ww you aren't forced to use calories on healthy extras but if you want them you can :)

I generally added cheese to a lot of things just to use up my hea and same with cereal bars if I had a heb left to use I would snack on them again unnecessary eating.

Sounds like you are really focused just now I'm sure it will pay off :) x

Got everthing crossed for you, hopefully changing it up will work! :) I'm gonna do some changing here too, hopefully do the trick

Hey :D

Yeah I think I've been stuck doing SW exactly the same way for well over 2 years now. And I know I don't always stick to plan, but I think my body must be used to it by now? So think a change will be good. And it'll make me think about meals and stuff differently and maybe even plan a bit lol!
You never know eh? Will give it a good few weeks and hopefully start seeing a difference :)
What plans have you got for changing? Do you still keep a diary somewhere on here btw?x

I'm going to try my best to just have one HexA even on a green day because I do feel like I eat way too much cheese. Esp now I don't have milk in my coffee and I've replaced that with cheese.....prob not the best idea :p So hopefully that will help too. And like I said to Bubbs, it's already making me think differently and plan ahead a little. I think tomorrow will be an EE day and then Sunday too.
How're you finding WW? I know when my friend changed over to WW she really enjoyed it and actually found she had more freedom and could have more of things that are pretty much a no-no on SW, like alcohol ;)
WW does interest me, but it's starting again and learning something new and I think I would prob have join a class, at least for a few weeks, to get me going. And, to be completely honest, I can't be arsed ;) Lol!x

Haha I think I had just been on sw on and off for such a long time (mostly off to be fair lol stopped it for about a year and half I think when I got into roller derby as 9hours of exercise a week kept my weight pretty steady!) that the change really did me good.

Even though the food i am eating is really similar the change seemed to really kickstart my losses again. Plus I love having bagels :-D and before I would eat like a whole packet of savoury rice for lunch coz its free! If you look at the calories it's pretty scary :-/ like having the ability to swap between simply filling days where I eat pretty similar to on sw or doing propoints days too where I can either eat whatever I fancy and just point it or sometimes I have smallish meals like coffee for brekky and toasty for lunch which then leaves loads of points for a big evening meal plus snacks :-D whereas on sw you get the same amount of syns whether you only eat fruit and salad all day or crazy amounts of free foods.

Took me quite a few weeks to enjoy it but now I love it! :-D x

A change is as good as a rest as they say. my plan is less EE, more red / green days, and better control generally. Also thinking about shaking up my hexb's and using them differently - which I suppose will work better for red / green days. Aiming for 10 syns a day now too, not 15, see if that fits me better (that way if I go over it's still in my potentially within my syn limit)

Yeah in the weight loss diary section, will find a link for you / bump it :)

Thanks for the replies guys. It does seem that WW, esp the new plan, is more variable and you do have more options on how to 'do' your day. But I know I'm never gonna go to class or sign up online

Sounds like you're really shaking things up too Bubbs! Good luck with your too :D I often think about changing what I have as HexB's but never find anything I'd really be bothered about having lol.x

Monday: Day off work so I stayed in bed till, erm, really late ;) Had a nice lunch, hoovered, washed dishes, put washing in the machine and then out on the line, cleaned the kitchen, put the bunnies in the garden run, de-poo'd the garden, did some course work, swapped the bunnies, walked Ellie, then walked Dave, and then Mum made me a gorgeous stir fry with noodles and Quorn steak :D
Just had grapes and a chopped up peach with yogurt while watching the Hairy Dieter's. And gonna finish the day with hot chocolate, Fibre Plus, and Buffy in a bit :D
I've only had half a HexA  Don't know whether to make my hot chocolate with milk or just as normal-with a splash of milk- and right off the rest of the A? Hmmm, will see if I can be bothered warming the milk :p

Green Day & 10syn allowance.
HexA: Cheese/milk
HexB: Bread + Fibre Plus
Syns used: 6
Syns saved: 4
Exercise: 30mins walk with Ellie and 45mins walk with Dave :chores016:
Probably about an hour of house work type stuff.

ETA: I did do a milky hot chocolate to use half a HexA worth of milk :)

Tuesday: Had a horrible headache all afternoon, so did bugger all except watch Buffy :p Went to training this evening though, because I can't go on Thurs. Had a really good session and then had a one on one with my sensei :) Did extra walking today too coz I had to get off the bus early to get cash out.
Food was jacket spud, beans, burger and salad for lunch. And cheating bolognese for tea-Quorn mince with loads of veggies, packet of Pasta N Sauce, salad, and beetroot.
Finishing the day with more Buffy, coffee, Fibre Plus, and a Hotel Chocolat choc :D

My Sister's boyfriend was sitting in my room with her while she did her hair the other day. I've got photo's on the wall from years ago and even though I've known her Mr for years and years he was quite shocked by some of my pics and said something along the lines of "Wow, your Kelly was really fat.....I mean, she's done really well hasn't she?" When she told me it made me blush and laugh at the same time. I knew exactly which pic was the worst too, because I'd thought the same the other day when I has having a look through my FB photo's-it really shocked me!!

Just wanted to share :)

Wednesday: I've had my highlights fixed. BRIGHT red again ;) If they don't work out this time we're gonna have a re-think. I have a decent idea tho :)
Haven't done much else today. I was going to walk the dogs but the rain has been a bit mental since about 5pm. It's settled now, but I've straightened my hair for my friend date tomorrow and I don't want to risk having to re-wash and stuff. Sorry dogs ;) So an exercise day off I guess.
Food's been a veggie breaky (Quorn sausages, beans, 'fried' cherry tomatoes, 'fried' egg, little crispy potatoes, and wholemeal toast) for lunch and I'm gonna have Mac & Cheese with something Quorn and salad for tea. Snacks will be a small bowl of grapes, raspberries, and blackberries with a Shape and then a Fibre Plus later on.
Only one HexA again today. Go me :D

Sounds like a very yummy food day - big veggie breakfast and mac n cheese are 2 of my faves! X

Thursday: Have got my day in Leeds today. Food plan will be Porridge and dried fruit for breakfast and yogurt and fruit on the coach. I've made pasta, Quorn, and veg in Reggae Reggae to take for my lunch and I'll have some more fruit. Tea is gonna be at a place in Leeds called Little Tokyo and I'll be having a veggie Bento box :D I'll just count all the days syns for tomorrow and hope that me lowering my daily syns anyway will help for any syns that go over. I mean I'm being good, but not that good ;) It should be a fairly low syn day anyway. Esp if I count any oil used in the Bento as a HexB :)

I had a lovely day today :D My friend is really nice and I'm so glad we've finally met! We had lotsa fun at Tropical World and jabbering all day lol. Food didn't go exactly to plan though because we were both way too full from lunch to have an early dinner before we both had to leave. So I had food when I got home.
Other news of the day. I finally told that boy-friend of mine that I like him  So waiting to see what the fallout of that is....

Anyway, quick food thing.
Porridge and dried fruit at home. Banana and yogurt on the bus. Spicy veg, Quorn, pasta, and salad for lunch. We got given a dark chocolate choc at Hotel Chocolat and Erica let me try a vegan marshmallow :D I had a bag of apple slices on the coach home. Tea was Supernoodle butties with burgers and salad  And I've got a little tub of grapes, pineapple, and melon to eat before it goes scabby :p
So within my syns and Hex's for the day. Huzzah!! In fact, still only one HexA ;)

HexA: Milk/cheese
HexB: Porridge & Bread
Syns used: 10
Syns left: 13
Exercise: Quite a bit of walking. Would guess at at least 2 hours in all. I think I've injured the left side of my hip though, was limping quite badly on the last walk home :( Will throw some anti-inflammatories at it if it doesn't go away ;)

Sounds like a nice day what's tropical world? Ooh exciting about your male friend hope all goes well x
