Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Friday: Got really annoyed on my driving lesson coz I've just suddenly started f*cking up my hill starts! Argh!! Why now?! We fixed it like, but now I'm all :s about it. On saying that, I did parallel parking first go perfect with no hints ;)
Did some food shopping with Mum and sorted out the bunnies.

Food was porridge, dried fruit, a banana, and a peach for lunch. Tea was spaghetti and meatballs in a veggie packed sauce with salad. Snack with Buffy (;)) will be an Options with a Fibre Plus.
Only one HexA again today. Quite liking these new challenges!

HexA: Milk/cheese
HexB: Porridge + Fibre Plus.
Syns used: 6

Exercise: Hobbling to and around the shops.

I am scared of butterflies lol the way they fly freaks me out so I'll give it a miss :p x

Busy weekend at work! Not all out insane like last weekend, but just relentless this week. Bloody knackered! Hip is still a bit wonky but not as bad.
I got weighed (a number of times) and I've sts this week :( I know I shouldn't moan but I've tried REALLY hard these last two weeks. Hope it starts to show soon or I'll get fed up and annoyed again :p

Quick food update.

HexA: milk/cheese
HexB: Porridge + Fibre Plus
Syns used: 17
Syns left: 15
Exercise: Loooong day at work and walking to and from bus stops.

Yup! Still annoyed at a sts this week after 2 weeks of new stuff and extra exercise. Put a lot of effort in to that! :( I'll have a kinda day off this week too coz I'm going to Alton Towers on Friday and I seriously can't be arsed taking a packed lunch :p I'll have a SW breaky tho. Promise :)

Maybe the extra excercise meant that you held water or something? I know you'll drop it soon!

Maybe. I do usually sts or have a small gain when I start exercising a bit more, but started that a few weeks ago. I'm an impatient bugger :p Hoping my kinda day off on Friday wont screw it up too much for me. Will probably end up with a McDonald's at Alton Towers :jelous: Lol!
You did very well today missus :D

Tuesday: Gonna write my food diary up properly today as it's an EE Day. Would someone have a look and see if I'm doing it right?

Extra Easy day and 10syn allowance.

Lunch: Quorn meatballs, wholemeal spaghetti, home made sauce with tomatoes, onions, spinach, mushrooms, and peppers. With salad, cheese (half HexA), and dressing (0.5)

Tea: Quorn lamb grill, SW chips, cheese (rest of HexA) mushy peas, and sweetcorn. Mayo and tomato sauce (1.5)

Dessert: Small bowl of red grapes, strawberries, and cherries. Shape 0% (0.5)

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB) and Cadbury's Highlights (2)

Syns used: 4.5
Syns left: 10

Exercise: Doing a proper full clean of the rabbit hutches, de-poo'ing the garden, hoovering, and walking (hobbling) to and around the shops.

Wedensday: I was very sensible today. I knew I was going out for tea with Mum and I knew we were going to the veggie place and knew exactly what I was going to order :p I got the usual garlic'y cheese on wholemealey toast with the mixed salad-cous cous, pasta, and lettuce. And I had about a tbsp of light salad cream. So for lunch I had low fat Supernoodles with Quorn fillets, salad, and beetroot. Just 1 syn for the dressings I used and no Hex's :) So, just to be really safe, I'll count my tea as all 4 Hex's and the rest of my syns. Just coz I'm trying to be really, really good :p
Also bought some fruit & yogurt for the cinema but I was far too full so brought em home.

Green Day & 10 syns
HexA: Cheese x 2
HexB: Bread x 2
Syns used: 10
Syns left:10
Exercise: Walking two and from bus stops and through town. My hip's still sore and my shoulder's kicked off again

What did you go see at cinema? That's frustrating that the extra easy experiment isn't paying off for you :-( x

We saw the documentary The Imposter. I thought it was a film about a true story, so slightly disappointed that it was a docu. But it was really good!! Bizarre story. Would recommend it, esp if you like mysteries :D

I'm a bit annoyed that my new stuff isn't working. Lowered syns, less HexA's, a couple of EE days, and until I mangled my hip I was doing more exercise. But, and this is a bit TMI, I'm having issues with the pill I'm on and I'm now in to day 21 of my period. So that could be effecting it. But 3 weeks of being super good should surely be showing a loss? But we'll see. I'll be having a bit of a day off plan tomorrow with spending the day at Alton Towers and my Sister's boyfriend wants us to go for a carvery when we get home. So that will no doubt make a bit of a dent. I'll try my best with the food at Alton Towers tho and I'll be having porridge and fruit before I go in the morning :)
One day off in 3 weeks isn't bad going for me really is it?! lol.x

I've had 2 major snack attacks this week so one slightly bad day in 3 weeks is really good going!!

Yeh hopefully it'll shift when period ends then I find I always gain a few lbs on it and they drop off as soon as its over so maybe a big loss is just around the corner! Enjoy Alton towers, not been in years must remedy that sometime :-D x

Thursday: Had a really good driving lesson today. I didn't once f*ck up a hill start (I dunno what was going on last week) and I think I've finally perfected my parallel parking :happy036: Got a two hour lesson next week and then the week after is test week!! I've got a 2hr lesson right before my test tho so I have 4hrs of lesson left to do before my test. Eeeeek!! I mostly feel really confident and pretty calm about it. But every now and then it's more of a case of ARGH!!!! lol

Green Day & 10 syns
HexA: cheese
HexB: bread + Fibre Pluse
Syns used: 5.5
Syns left: 14.5
Exercise: 15min walk to the chemist and back. No training tonight coz my hip is still really painful and my shoulder's killing me :(

I haven't been to Alton Towers since I was 15! I'm 29 now.... lol. Really looking forward to it :D I'm going with my Sister, her boyfriend, and his brother. Should be fun. I can't remember what food options are like there except for the likes of McDonald's. But at least they do a relatively healthy veggie option :)

I've got a Dr's appointment on Mon with a Women's Health Dr coz I've had enough of being on the pill. 20+days of period is not on :p So need to discuss options for other stuff. Basically I don't want periods and I want decent protection against babies :p

Haha yeh let me know if they have a magic solution ;-)

I stopped the pill too as it made my periods even heavier and migraines/vomitting worse just wasn't worth it lol! I hate having them for a week I think 3 weeks would drive me insane :-/

Yeh I must have been about 16 last time I went, a decade ago!! :-( really want a shot on air and nemisis now! (if they even still exist?) x

The injection works really well for me. No periods and very occasional spotting! So hoping that the implant might offer me similar 'side effects'. The Progesterone only pill is supposed to do that, but it's not. I've been on it almost a year now and I'm fed up with it!

Air wasn't even a ride when I last went :p I think Oblivion was the new one and I didn't even go on it :p Nemesis is my favourite and the new Nemesis look amazing!

Have had such an awesome couple of days!! Alton Towers was SO much fun! I think Nemesis is still my favourite, but my God, Rita was "Woohooooooooooo!" :flirt2: I think this pic says it all

:8855:

Food wasn't too bad yesterday although I spoiled it at the end with a beer and some chocolate.
Breakfast was porridge at home and then fruit & yogurt in the car. Lunch was a Mexican veggie wrap with wedges. And tea was a veggie carvery. Drinks were coffee, diet Coke, and then a pint of Budweiser with my tea. Finished off my Hotel Chocolat chocs when I got home
But we did a LOT of walking! And of course I'm on lower weekly syns now, so don't feel too bad about it.

Today I thought I'd do an EE day and I've used 13 syns of the 15 for today. I wont carry any over to tomorrow tho :) Also did a 1hr30min walk in Delamere Forest with Dave, my friends, and their dog. And then a quick 10min walk with Ellie when I got back. My hip is KILLING me now

Hi Kelly, (I didn't know you had a food diary!!)
It's lovely to read your diary, you've inspired me to think about the exercise that I do (I always forget about the little things).
I'm so sorry to hear about your mum, I have Fibromyaliga, so I know how much of a struggle it is living with the condition, let alone everything else she's going through. Fingers crossed the ultrasound results come back as nothing too serious.
You're food diaries looking great, and you definitely deserve to treat yourself every now and again. I need to have a look in Asda for these new Cadburys Highlights sachets, i've not seen any new flavours! (I couldn't survive without my hot chocolate's mmmm;))
P.S good luck with the driving test! I'm sure you'll pass with flying colours :D xxx
