Have had a bit of a lazy day today. Got up late, had a very late lunch, and watched a couple of eps of Dollhouse. Treated myself coz I had a busy week 
Have just walked Ellie though and did another lead training session. She's coming on really well now
Just about to walk Davey up to the chippy with my Mum. I'm not getting anything, but I might make SW chips, Quorn burger, and loads of 'fried' onions for me

Lunch: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), banana, maple syrup (1), and ss milk (all milk HexA1)
Cherries, grapes, and an Activia fat free.
Snack: A few strawberries over the afternoon.
Tea: Quorn sizzling burger (1), SW chips, onions, salad, and 60g reduced cal coleslaw (2). 2 slices of wholemeal little bread (HexB2) and low fat cheese (HexA2) Two tbsp of tomato sauce (2) and 1/2tbsp of mustard (0.5)
Snack: Cadbury's Boost (16)
Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Coke.
