It just gets better and better for me today

As you know, I am trying to do something good for myself, to make myself feel better and to maybe meet someone. As a few lbs had come off I thought I would re-join Friends Reunited Dating. Had a few guys say hello and exchange some messages but that was all.

I have just checked my inbox and the following message was what greeted me. I find the whole thing so distressing and feel like crawling back into my hole. My reply is before his message to me btw

Hmmm, me thinks I smell a rat here. Did the 'superior one' give you the appraisal personally and with someone else there or not? Did you have time to put your points of view forward and have them taken seriously? Why don't you get a big cardboard box for her stuff, shove everything of hers into it and keep it on the floor - you must have a nice clear desk to be organised after all. Do be especially careful that she doesn't trip over it and break a few more ribs though .
Well my Darling, I shouldn't take any of that appraisal too seriously, apart from the bit about you having a friendly and welcoming personality, which is evident to us all. Stuff the lot of them and enjoy your couple of days of freedom!

We had to do it via a conference call as colleague off with broken ribs. When the tidy bit was mentioned, I said to colleague "Are you listening to this? Coats and bags" she giggled but she was in the meeting on Monday to discuss my appraisal and would have given our ultimate boss some feedback. She could have said that she disagreed with it but she didn't. I was having such a lovely day today. Sunshine, fish were very pleased to see me and very hungry and they have grown so much over the winter. Then this and the perve!! Have sent message to FRD for them to deal with it and removed every bit of info about me.

They are crafty as when membership lapses, they send the odd email to say that people are looking at my profile and it kind of encourages you to rejoin. Well there is nothing there for anyone to look at now.

I've reported him and completely removed any trace of me on the site.

I wouldnt mind but my profile had nothing at all suggestive on it, the photo was totally normal. I will try and post it on here so you can see. What a to$$er!!

There are a few about......These friends who met on websites - I know of 3 couples who got together this way and who are very happy. One decided to meet 20 men, some were ok, some nice, some not very, then she met no 19 and :love047: !!! He's lovely.

That's a lovely story Bess, I've met all sorts, loads of them and the majority have been total wayne kerrs My friends that I used to meet on Mondays for the pub quiz night, were chomping at the bit every week to hear of the latest disaster. To say that we were literally crying with laughter every week would be an understatement. My friends husband used to have to pull the car over........he couldnt see to drive for tears. I should have made notes.......it would have been a cracking book.

Day 41

My alarm went of at 6:00 as per and I turned it off, rolled over and had another hour snoozing. Bliss. No work until next Wednesday....yippee!!!

Felt really hungry, which is unusual, so have already had a porridge. Normally it is 11 o'clock at the earliest that I want a shake. Now I have got a really long time in which to space out the rest of the packs....hope I can manage.

Plan to do a bit of housework this morning, spend a couple of hours with DD2 from lunchtime onwards, plus she wants me to do bath/bedtime duty with the twins this evening, while she goes and has her waxing done Then back here for a quiet night of TV watching. Benidorm is back tonight at 9pm. One of my fave programmes, always makes me laugh out loud

Not sure about tomorrow, as DD2's move was supposed to be today, tomorrow and cleaning the old place Sunday - hence me booking today off - all changed and looking like they will be moving Monday. I'll just go with the flow and do what they ask me to do.

Right, Henry the hoover is calling me xxx

haha, I moved into this flat on 11th January and Henry has only been round it once Such a slovenly woman am I. No wonder Eric legged it (x 8) trouble is, he's sent in the heavies lol

No Shanny, no shopping yet. Not for the cruise anyway, want to wait until I'm at goal and see what shape I am and what suits me then. I could be nice little cup cakes on top and a Hugh Jarse still on the bottom. Want to see how it distributes itself. Having a good look online though for some ideas. Seen something I think I like for the wedding. A Jacques Verte (?) number that sways when you walk, well it did on the catwalk video anyway lol. I'll be the one swaying, not the frock, either through the movement of the ship or because I am as sober as a newt
