Day 53
Well, I think its day 53. Starting to lose count now.
Busy day at work. "Blunt" has been ignoring me but am so not bothered. I was quite prepared to say that we had both had our say and lets move on but if she wants to play the "no talking" game, that is fine by me. She'll have to talk when she wants me to frank 5,000 payslips at the end of the month - I do it as a favour to her but probably won't anymore.
Moving ever onwards. I had only had 1 shake yesterday up until I got back from WI at 7:45pm, which is not good. As Jess says, having two more shakes and a meal is nothing short of a binge and I need to space the food out better, for when I am properly eating. I do see her point there. So today 1st shake at 12:30, which seems to be the time for it, may try and get it down me a little earlier......I've never been a breakfast person, as when I do have brekkie I am ravenous for the rest of the day.
I aim to have 2nd shake at about 3 - 3:30, dinner around 6:30 - 7 and then a last shake around 9 ish. I have sort of got into a panic when I have woken up really hungry and had a shake really early and wondering how I was going to get through the rest of the day on 2 shakes and a meal and that is something I am going to have to stop stressing over and work out.
For maintenance I plan 3 small meals per day and two small snacks of fruit in between, so really need to get into the habit of spacing out my meals.
Babysitting my twin grand daughters tonight, although they will mainly be in bed so (hopefully) will only actually see them for an hour or so......before they go down for a blissful all-night sleep.........yeah right!! They are both full of cold so guess I will be up and down the stairs and getting plenty of spontaneous exercise
As you know, they all moved back into their fab house recently and I have been dying to try out their shower. Well tonight I intend to.......then I might try out their bath afterwards, you could swim in it, it is so large and deep. Lush.
Well work :sigh: beckons, so will catch up with you later.

That read back terribly. Of course I adore them and would love to see them for more than the hour. By the time I get there from work however, there will only be the hour before its their bedtime. What I really meant was that hopefully they will sleep once they are in bed as they are both poorly.
I think I am digging myself into an even bigger hole here so the Granny from Hell had better shut up

Did you and Jess talk about the Vitality show? I am going to go -- I can do Saturday or Sunday. We could meet there and have a coffee, or walk around and check it out.

Hi Ying,
Yes, Jess put her hands up on the thread and said "I want to come". It would probably have to be the Saturday as the trains are non-existent on Sundays.
If Sunday is the best day for you I could always drive up as far as Wimbledon and get the District Line to EC (I think I am remembering that right)
