Hello there Cheryl, and glad to hear you're feeling better... it's very annoying when our social lives get in the way of our dieting ones, but hey we need to live a little too!

A neighbour popped round to see us Saturday evening bearing gifts of STRAWBERRIES from her garden (and a lettuce!). I had two. I won't lose (too much) sleep over it. My other half kindly demolished the rest. He had two icecreams over the weekend (intentionally coming out of ketosis cos he's lost 11K in 5 weeks). He gained 1.2K. That's life. He enjoyed his food!

A whole month off - WOW!! (Does that mean we'll see you around here more?! When do you come to France?)

I don't know much about boats... but sounds like a fun thing you've planned. I know Maidstone services well cos we always stop there for a drink on the way to my Dad's from here!

Hello all. I had a bad night last night, kept waking up coughing. This cold still wont go. Ive gained a whole lb for my sins. Never mind it doesnt show and i will shake it off this week. Cant wait to get my boat. We are bringing it down river when we come home from holiday. I leave on the 28th June so arrive in France on the 29th Jo. I cant wait. It will be our last holiday in the caravan as will be selling that now we have a boat. I'll do the French canals one day.
Eaten a couple of low fat sausages today as not had time to eat. Was in the hairdressers for almost 4hrs!!!! My hair wouldnt lift so had to sit and wait. My fault as i wanted to lighten it slightly. Not sure whats for dinner, really fancied a steak but they didnt have any. Maybe I'll have cod in sauce or.......oh i dont know. Lol.
Ive drunk loads though.

Oh dont. I decided i can have 2 days a week off. Think i should be ok. Even if i follow and atkins style for the time im there

Dinner tonight was sausages and veg. Lovely. Mark cuddled me and told me i felt skinny. Oh i love him. xx

I know what a sweetie. OB said "oh mummy you look gorgeous" when i picked him up coz id had my hair done. I love my boys.

Not sure Jo, we wont be taking our laptop in case it gets broken lost or stolen. They might have an internet cafe type thing at the site though. If not i'll update Vicky or Caz via text message and they can pass on any messages.
Not sure whats going on with me today. I seem to have gained another lb. Dont even know where it has come from. Im hoping its just water as i had drunk loads over the weekend. Maybe its my body catching up from that lovely cake! Lol

Breakfast today was 2 rice cakes and marmite. Not sure for lunch, think it will be a really late one then will take a steak salad to work tonight. Might have something big for lunch, an omlette or better still sausage or bacon with egg and mushrooms. Off for my 20min walk in a bit to the village shop and hopefull will find something there to keep Oliver quiet while i have a snooze later. Im on night duty tonight. Was up at 7am. Will leave here at 5.30pm to start work at 7pm and wont finish til 7am, and thats if i get off on time. Not much sleep for me tomorrow either as we have to be at the boat for 1pm to test the engines! Im going to be in a really good mood. I expect you all to nag me to go to bed early tomorrow night, even if im in bed with you lot on here for company.

Oh yes hun. My next shift is July 20th. Ive got so much to do before we go away. Why are men so bloody unorganised? I keep saying to Mark to let me know what he needs, do you think he's even looked at his clothes yet?

Yes Jo i have hun, those and extra health insurance. I cant take any risks with my asthma. Vicky, if he thinks im running around the shops for him like a lune he has another thing coming. I do his shopping as he can never be bothered or buys the worst things ever!
