Well! This weekend has been a busy one! I haven't had a shake at all!
Yesterday I had 1 muller fruit corner and 4 x homemade chicken fajitas (with yogurt instead of sour cream and a sprinkle of Edam instead of cheddar )
Today I ate a blueberry muffin, a chocolate muffin, a strawberries & cream from Starbucks and Roast chicken & steamed potatoes & veg for dinner.
I haven't had the best of weekends but at least I didn't overeat!
I will be weighing in the morning so will post with details but tbh, I don't think I have lost anything. We'll see! xxx
Just an update, I lost my brother recently and am now absolutely determined to lose this weight for him as he was always supportive of my weight loss...
I will update this weekend with my meal plans etc for the next while
