Good luck wishes from me too!

It sounds like you have done it exactly right, your motivation is inspiring :) I do remember Lausanne & Wheest hope they are faring better than I was but I found as soon as I stopped posting, the lbs jumped on. This forum is such a huge help, well the people in it are! :D

My daughter has got her teaching practice placement at the special school which is fab news, she will be fantastic and an asset to the school. So positive vibes please for my son tomorrow - he's all ready, hair cut, new trousers and shirt hanging in his wardrobe pressed & ready for tomorrow - AH!

Up to now half the ironing done, food shopping this afternoon and loads of washing done too so a productive day. Helping to do some wedding flowers in work tomorrow once my son has had his interview. This week has flown by ..............

Good luck for your sons interview, they sound like good kids....and mine still cost me one way or another but we wouldn't have it any other way would we Chris x your easing your way into conso....and ill be doing the same olive oil, aka skinny minni xxx

Want to get the house cleaned from top to bottom, have a good clearout of stuff we know longer want or need so then I can do all the lovely hobby things I can only do when Im off. Work takes over and there's never anytime other than for boring stuff. I dont want to be off all these weeks and achieve nothing.

have a good dukan day everyone xxx

hope the interview goes welll :D

My eldest is an accountant but when he was doing hus duke of Edinburgh award, he worked in the local hospital mental health wards, they were so impressed with him they offered him a job so he worked there through his degree, and tried to persuade him to rethink his carrer as his caring nature shone through but at the same time could control often violent behaviour, I often think that would have been so much more rewarding than numbers.... helping people who are at difficult times in their lives must be great, thank goodness for these people, good for your daughter and son. If I could start again I would have loved to have gone into the caring professions xxx

come and join us Sid!!

Thats why I love my job so much no two days are the same and in a small way we are helping to guide and nurture young people to feel they are worth something ........... most of the time not one person has said they 'love them' or even care. Not the tiniest bit of interest is shown in what they are doing other than to take money off them for thier drinking habits. Makes my heart break at times........... I have done personal care of disabled students but can't say I felt comfortable with it. I couldnt have been a nurse or anything like that too tickle of a stomach - LOL.

My son's interview went well now its just a waiting game for the next hoop he has to jump through!!!

Enjoyed this afternoon being a florist lovely flowers all done for the bride to collect tomorrow.

More Egypt shopping for my daughter tomorrow and she is having her nails done ........... so I think my son and I will take it easy in a cafe in town while we wait for her ladyship - :D

PP today has been good quite like them actually x

Oh yes Chris, nails....mine are breaking left right and centre....I've just said today bet I'll have to have them done before I go away.....( lol, that's not in the budget)

mine are breaking too, are we deficient in something?? i suppose i should get supplements. Cx

What do you think C? I take multi vitamins now?

I think i need to get some multivits, my nails are peeling and very soft, i keep them shortish, were not allowed nail polish or clear varnish on them for work. Thought the jelly may have helped tho

I was told by my florist/beautician colleague to massage a small amount of vegetable oil into cuticles it stops them breaking & splitting because they are dry.

I use olive oil it's amazing stuff i use it as a cleanser too and body lotion ...my boys laugh at me x

I usually have good nails I always wear rubber gloves to do the house work etc. just noticed in the past couple of weeks they are flaking, Ive bought some L'Occitane cherry blossom hand cream and its divine!! I don't like the smell of olive oil, OH loves it!!

I've got the same......love it, non greasy feel xxx
