Its nice to be off - propped up in bed with laptop and cup of tea. Can't be bad but I must do some jobs soon if I can find enough energy.

I haven't eaten much all week but what I have had has not been bad just not 100%. Going to have a PP today and a fishy Good Friday, Saturday another PP and then Easter Sunday I'm going to try my best to be dukan bullet proof. On Sunday we have friends here as well as two of the children's friends that are at loose ends so to speak. my daughter has become very domestic and she says she is cooking Sunday dinner except I have to cook the meat

The sun is shining here today hope its not too cold as I would like to go for a walk, think it will have to be a short one as my chest is still a bit ropey.

been thinking this morning about losing the weight I have gained and Im worrying. What if I can't do it Girls ......... what if Dukan doesn't work second time around for me. I'm feeling a fraud and a stupid idiot! Putting myself through this when I'd got there last summer and I felt so much better and of course looked better too. Why why why ........... did I get the self sabotage demons. No reasons anyway got to stop feeling sorry for myself I'm going for a walk.

Thanks everyone just had a panic attack yesterday I think - I've made a week's worth of muffins and on Holland & Barrett website its buy one get one half price on dukan flavours so I bought 2 bottles of my fav caramel.

A day with my family today none of my darlings are working, what time they get up is anybody's guess as they went out last night, didn't hear a thing so they must have been tip toeing around. My Rebecca is cooking on she'd better be up soon. Hope she didn't have too much red wine.

I'm still coughing like an old man on 40 fags, still feeling very tired but at least with being off work I can be lazy for another week if I have to. Was so looking forward to the Easter hols ..... oh well never mind.

Chris I have a pile too but Ive shut the spare room door so I cant see it till tomorrow. I need a lazy day or should I say a non drinking day as my tummy is so sore lol, Im the only one up (the lazy so and so) so dont know what the plan of action is today.
