I believe in being optimistic! You might as well try to get into by Christmas - it'll spur you on! My thinking is that even if I don't get into my size 10s for Christmas, I'll still be slimmer than I am now, and I can just shift my goal a bit further - size 10 for my birthday in February sounds good to me, lol!

Do you have a pic of your corset? Sounds lovely!

I went shopping yesterday for a few autumn clothes & I even the skinny jeans I bought were a 14. i did try on a coat in a 12 & it fitted so it looks like I am heading in the right direction

I bought some size 14 jeans on Saturday skinny ones to wear with wellies - I wore them on Sunday and could only just move.. Hehe! But my size 14 aim for this will be size 14 Next jeans.

I am going to update mine if that's ok...I thought the Jeans I had were a size 24 US which is 22 UK...they are actually 22 US which is 20 UK...and I am just about an inch or so from doing them up so I will adjust my size to a 20 for Christmas xx

OMG my corset came and it only blumming fits!!! a size 10!! Ive never ever worn a ten before. Ok there is a gap at the back where the laces are but Im aiming to have that gap closed by Christmas!!!

Im the same, Im only 5foot2 and when I put on any kind of weight it shows straight away but people are starting to notice now I have another 20lbs to go!!

I've never bought a corset with a dress size- mine are all in inches....i dunno what a 36" is but i know its too big for me now *sigh*
